Koh Kood Beach Resort

Thai rooms are lovely and great for families. private beach is really great. This resort is excellent for kids, plenty of snorkeling, rock pools to explore, gardens and grass area to play in and food is excellent!

The location of Koh Kood Beach Resort is perfect if you want to really relax. The pool was perfect for the children and so quite, they had it to themselves a lot of the time. We had a double Villa with plunge pool, this was perfect for a family of four with two older kids. The staff were exceptional, so kind and so friendly. The food was lovely and the sunsets were incredible! To get the most out of the island you really need to be happy to ride a moped, we did not do this as weren’t happy having kids on the back. The resort were happy to order a taxi where ever you wanted to go but this could get expensive.

The place is very clean, quiet and the staff is extremely friendly. There is very nice snorkeling just on the beach. The breakfast buffet was a bit dull, but everything else was perfect. Even taking a shower and going to the toilet under open sky (behind closen walls) was an enjoyment for me. I highlt recommend this place if you like a quiet secluded spot to relax.

Being a vegetarian, we were afraid of our food, but the staff cooked separately the vegetarian dishes and those were perfect for us. Apart from that there were so many vegetarian dishes in the menu, so it was very convenient for us to dine at the restaurant at a very reasonable price. Penang Curry was very delicious. Dining at sea facing was an enjoyable and relaxation moment.

Bedding in the rooms were not comfortable for us. Seems to be Foam bedding and not very comfortable to sleep.

Staff at reception, bar and restaurant were very welcoming and full of smiles. Excellent swimming pool. Very comfortable accommodation in a Bali hut. Nice night time feeling as site was very well lit. Lovely cocktails served on the terrace during Happy Hour.

A very minor point was that it was a bit rocky getting into the sea and as I hadn’t brought any swimming shoes with me, I had to pick my path into the water quite carefully.

Very friendly staff with very good support for any help required Excellent location with a nice clean beach, only used by guests from the resort. Very nice resort area, nice landscape, with a lot of space between the bungalows. Very good motorcycles for rent.

Quality of coffee at breakfast needs to be improved.

Beautiful resort and delicious food in restaurant

The rubbish in the sea which accumulated however often it was cleared! Quite disgusting.

Beautiful location at the beach, gorgeous sunset, lovely bungalows with outdoor bathroom, friendly staff, nice pool. Exotic island-feeling.

The pictures on booking.com don’t do justice to this resort. It’s much better in real life! Go and find out for yourself! 😉
