I had a wonderful view of the Mekong River and the room was appealingly furnished. The staff of the hotel were very helpful, and I appreciated their ability to speak in English. I enjoyed the breakfast which offered Chinese, Khmer, and Continental fare. I only wish I could have enjoyed the facility for a longer stay.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past and I never encountered a problem, but this time I could not get hot water in the shower. I didn't have time to ask the staff to remedy it but I am sure they would have done so had I asked. Besides, who needs really hot water in steamy Cambodia anyway?

A few minutes walk from Virak Buntham bus stop. Room had a balcony and view. Bed comfortable. Seating area and table. Enormous amount of cupboard space for my few clothes :) One of the lifts was also scenic :) Reception staff helpful though little English. Onsite cafe/breakfast area near reception and other cafes/riverside stroll area very close.

There was a kettle but strangely located electrical sockets so I had to move furniture around and use the extension board I travel with to plug it in. There is bench space but not really a desk area.

it’s located on the waterfront so our room had a lovely view. The hotel has two restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good. We both had a very nice omelette. The rooftop restaurant/bar is great in the evening with a nice breeze and fantastic views. The bed was large and very comfortable with nice linens. Staff was extremely helpful.

They didn’t have housekeeping come in even though we were there for two days so we had to ask for extra towels since we were showering a lot. it was very hot and humid and we were exploring in bicycles. I also had to empty the bins in the room myself and ask fir new bin bags. There were small ants in the bathroom.

Our room had lovely views of the river and was spacious and comfortable. Location was pretty central - and check out Smile Restaurant just down the road - it’s amazing!

The breakfast is very basic with limited options but is fine. The swimming pool is next door to the hotel so you need to leave the property and go to the spa. It is a shallow wading pool in a building but fine.

Beautiful hotel ! The staff is nice, attentive, taking care of its customers. I ate a fresh salmon salad last night at the rooftop restaurant. There was a music band, which played pieces of soft music, with a drummer, two guitarists and a singer. So nice the view of the mekong, the bridge, the city lights, a light and beautiful atmosphere. All this for $40 a night, breakfast included, no need to look for a better place. Here, everything is luxurious and beautiful. While I travel by motorcycle, it feels good to stay here, to have a real restful sleep. In addition my bike is parked in front of the entrance, it could not be more secure. Hard to resist! I'm going to stay one more night

I do not recommend ordering food by phone, it is difficult to be understood, English is a small barrier despite everything, it is better either to eat on the rooftop, or to the restaurant on the ground floor 😜

Hotel was great. Service and staff excellent. The view from the large room was stunning and rooftop bar was lovely

The pool was indoors, next door. It was hot and humid, you could not relax

The hotel is quite consistent with its category. There is everything you need, everything works, the staff is polite and diligent. In addition, the hotel is in a great location.

Electrical outlets didn't hold the plugs well. And in the toilet, a brush would not hurt anyone, but this is not my problem.

Fascinating view on the Mekong from 8th floor. Big room with tasteful interior. 4 Stars at least. Top Restaurant with very good food. Good breafast buffet. Wonderful rooftop bar. Tasty cocktails. This is place for relaxing...

No pool in the building, spa next door is not western level but free entry. Breakfast buffet not everyday available. Whine offered over-priced. Stuff is acting unexperieced. Bathroom smells from the drain. Elevator noise was annoying as it was next-door.
