good spacious room, good breakfast, spa was good as well, the swimming pools are small and with hot water so you can not swim. Staff is ok, the receptionists could be a little bit more helpful, but the manager is amazing. The two guys on the ski equipment are joke.They tied to convince us not to leave our equipment with them as we did not hire it from them. Also on the website is a different price for the ski to hire, then what they are saying. it is far from the gondola, but there is shuttle bus every 30 min, and the bus station is next to the hotel

we paid 444 pounds for 4 nights and slept in a normal twin room without even sofa or balcony which are supposed to be there as I booked it with it.

The room was spacious and clean. The food - OMG it was so good especially the desserts - presentation, taste, variety. Friendly staff.

The pool was out of order the first day of our stay. One of the saunas wasn't working and in addition the spa center is open from 9 o'clock, but even at 11 o'clock one of the saunas wasn't heated as much as it has to be.

Delicious food, clean rooms and friendly staff. All inclusive package. Great and big spa center - a good warm inside pool, 3 Turkish baths and 4 finlandais saunas, salt sauna and more...

If you are looking for a place with bigger pool for swimming you may consider different options, however, for a relaxation it was perfect. The outdoor pool was a little cold and across the street. The WiFi connection in the room was very weak.

This hotel is beautiful and very affordable for the luxury. The breakfast buffet was huge and so varied, an amazing start before a day on the mountain ⛷ The spa is the best spa I have ever been to, it’s exactly like the photos (if not better!). I also had a Bali full body massage in the spa, unfortunately I can’t remember the lovely ladies name but she was the most friendly and professional person I met in the hotel.

Overall the property was nice. It was clean and the food was good.

1. The pool is extremely small, it doesn’t look that small in the pictures so definitely not for swimmers. 2. The bathroom in the room - it is made out of white bathroom tiles which are extremely slippery, I was on a short way to the fall few times. The shower is not fully closed with glass so the whole bathroom is wet when you shower so the slippery factor becomes even bigger. 3. Masks are not for free - Few months ago I stayed in another hotel in Bulgaria and in the restaurant the masks and gloves were for free if you forget your own. Here we were asked to pay.

The hotel was very good with a lot of things to do. The food was for the most part good, it had great variety, so everyone can find things they like. The Spa was great. The rooms were comfortable. My favorite places were the lounge bar and the lobby, very comfortable seating and relaxing area. Most of the staff were friendly.

We had a bad start with our initial room. The door lock got broken and we were stuck inside of the room for some time before the staff resolved the situation. We had to change rooms. It was a bit of inconvenience and no one helped us for the luggage. In the restaurant at breakfast the lady that was making the pancakes was very grumpy and the pancakes and waffles were (most of the time) cold and dry when it was her shift. Compared to her male colleague, who always said good morning and made sure everything was warm, we couldn’t not notice the difference.

We had a big room with a sofa terrace and mountain view. The spa is one of the best where we were. It was very clean and the service was great. Kind and nice stuff. Good massage. Great selection of dishes and other food and beverages.

Food at the restaurant was warm to cold during breakfast and one time dinner thar we had. There is no feet towel and extra towel for the spa. It's a bit complicated to communicate with stuff cause their English is not so good. But in general all of this is not something that can affect your stay and have a nice relaxing time.

The food was really good with a big variety of selection. The SPA is a big positive point for this hotel. With very small attention this Hotel could be a real 4 star hotel.

I made reservation for 2 apartments and 1 room. 1 apartmen was ok the other one was not the one I reserved, was a lower quality one, when I asked the person at reception (Ismail) was not very friendly and helpful! The cleaning in the rooms means changing the towels and bringing toalett papers...they didn't vacuum clean the room in 6 days... The WiFi connection is also not on the level of 4 star h

Very rude staff in the restaurant. I have requested baby chair, Hristina was very rude, she told me you can take from the corner, and she was doing nothing,it was early in the morning and it was not busy at all. the staff is not worth for 2 * hotel. Such a lovely hotel with terrible staff. The rooms are not very clean, it was not fresh. The worst pillow that I ever have. I do not think that I will have the same pillow that I have at home. But the pillow was not comfortable. Every morning I have neck pain because of the pillow.

Clean and large bedrooms, good location, nice breakfast, cool facilities, some of the stuff were great, ready to help you with anything that you need but some of them not willing that much!

As a 4 star hotel it needs a little bit more organisation regarding information etc. Also, people who are going skiing they have to leave the hotel early in the morning and the breakfast opens at 7:30 which is not helpful for the people who have to go up to the ski lift early. Stuff is willing to prepare packages for you but quantity is not enough. However, at our last day they allowed us to choose what we want to be in the breakfast packages.
