Renaissance São Paulo Hotel

Very good central location, with staff who were very keen to help. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had with beautiful fresh fruits, smoothies and baked goods. There was also a healthy table with lots of gluten free / plant based treats.

The bedrooms were a little tired compared to the very modern reception and communal area. My sleep was disturbed by the smoke detector immediately above the bed which flashed continuously.

the spa is amazing! the relaxation area, I could of stayed in the jaquzi, sauna and steam room all day. The massages were also amazing. The sushi bar and breakfast bar is also so yummy and has everything! The staff were the highlight - so friendly, so helpful and really went out of their way. The rooms are spacious with such comfy beds and incredible views of the city. The location is perfect with fabulous restaurants nearby.

Nothing I didn’t like. The pool and pool area is quite small and the tall buildings surrounding made it difficult to sit in the sun for the day - but this is expected in a busy city rather than a beach area. So we were happy to have a pool and pool area.

Second stay, always a pleasure. Great hotel, and the executive lounge is a very big plus. Great view, amazing food, very attentive staff. A pricey place but a very good stay.

There was one cold night as I was there during the local winter and the air conditioning could not cope with the situation.

Handselected staff, very kind, professional, uncomplicated and obliging. Live music, theater as well as Billard, Table Tennis and table football. Very good breakfast. The beds are very comfortable.

The pool could need a little face lift.

Warm staff, excellent location, fantastic gym

I usually put my passport and money in the safe for my stays. Unfortunately, the safe in my room was malfunctioning, and my stuff was locked inside. The hotel sent help to my room and fixed the issue.

perfect location, bedrooms maybe in need of a renovation but nothing major. superb beds . great breakfast in the executive club, nice gym . great cocktails at the bar and amazing bar tenders, particularly Raphael..

dinner at the restaurant was below expectations.

Staff is always amazing—looked up my awards number without asking, volunteered a late check out, always friendly and all fully bilingual in English and Portuguese.

I adore this hotel. Only thing I would ask for is have electrical outlets with either USB or international plugs in the rooms.

Perfect from the beginning to the end. Well organized and comfortable. Room, The devoted friendly people around, most of them were young and energized.

Nothing absolutely!

This is a real luxury hotel in downtown Sao Paulo. The service, the restaurants, the executive club on the 23rd floor - all ad up to the standards of the better hotels. The Spa is excellent, and has a professional, attentive staff.

Nothing special to be noted here.

The room, facilities, dining space are very clean and comfortable. The every staff (receptionist,doorman,dining service staff etc) is supportive and friendly. Overall I am satisfied with staying there and will be back again.

Unfortunately housekeeping service wasn’t done properly although I asked housekeeper to clean my room. Thankfully, however, reception made quick arrangement for me and I could get new towels and amenities in the end.
