Radisson Vila Olimpia Sao Paulo

Breakfast is phenomenal here, location is excellent to get to anything in the Itaim or Vila Olympia areas which can be challenging. Loved the free parking and the Pool area also.

WiFi Internet speeds are very slow, around 8mbps. this should be increased to at least 20-30 mbps for a hotel of this caliber and seeing as how it is targeted towards business travellers.

Very great location, next to the mall, next to several restaurants, very safe zone. Staff service excellent, helpful all the time and proactive !! Nice breakfast. Great pool.

Structure of the bathroom was rare, transparent doors. Before arriving to the hotel I had some questions and I called the all the telephone number (website, booking reservation confirmation, etc.. ) and nobody answered.

The location was fabulous. The restaurant provided delicious and expansive breakfast and lunch buffets, yummy! Service staff in the restaurant and the front desk staff were lovely; very helpful, friendly, and patient in spite of often being very busy. The hotel has a lap pool separate to the pool for guests to lounge in.

The elevator key cards were problematic, we didn’t have a single day where we didn’t have to get them re-keyed and a few days where we had to do it more than once. The hallways to the rooms are a dark decor, and the bathrooms in the King Suites are glass boxes in the room, I prefer the bath and toilet to be a separate room.

elevator can be faster, but this is really not a big deal, and perhaps in depth cleaning of rooms can help keep them in a good shape over time

Friendly and helpful staff that spoke fluently in English. Amazing gym with lots of room and good range of equipment. Big breakfast buffet. Located in a great, safe location for international travellers.

We needed to adjust our booking and the process took longer than supposed to, but was eventually solved to our satisfaction, so not a big deal overall.

Breakfast was good. Service from staff excellent. Obrigado Murilio. Rooms are spacious and quite. shower immediate warm water. Across the hotel is a mall. Several restaurants. 10min walk is Eataly rest.

They wanted to clean only every 2 days. “Because of corona”. Cheap and bad for the cleaners. After request every day cleaning. Keep the Radisson standard!!!! Water swimming pool should be warm.

The room was cozy and the payment method was easy. The staff were nice and helpful.

My personal card was charge, even the payment was done by my co-worker. I was settled immediately.

Modern hotel well equipped with own restaurant and plenty of choice for other restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

The TV remote controls and the difficulties in their utilization.
