Excellent cost benefit. They offer free parking. Room size good for a couple. The receptionist Carlos' assistance was excellent. (Thank you!)
Wifi did not work on the days we stayed. At breakfast we couldn't eat cheese bread (pao de queijo). It seemed to me that they baked 10 units at a time and as soon as they were available, the 10 units were gone. I strongly recommend that they improve the service of baking the cheese bread (pao de queijo). Last year I had the same problem and I see that nothing has changed, they continue to bake only 10 units of cheese bread (pao de queijo) every 30 mn (which is absurd for the size of the hotel and can not serve all guests).

The Carlton Hotel is in an excellent location in São José dos Campos downtown, close to drugstore, supermarket, ATM, and express roads. There are great room and breakfast, good option thinking about cost and benefits.
We did not spend a long time waiting for attendant opens the swimming pool area. Due to restriction time to use it, that area was closed during period should be opened, it was not so good.

It was really good my stay at Carlton Hotel: good breakfast and great location. Super easy to move around the São José dos Campos city.
It could have a better parking lot, due to be dangerous to parking the car. There are many barriers to become it hard, thus pay attention when you do that.
