good vibe. most of the staff was great. awesome breakfast.

i booked a standard room for me and my family and the only one available was super musty and with a super strong musty smell. i am allergic to musty so i asked for another room. There was no more standard rooms available and the manager couldn´t find me any solution, so i had to pay more to get a superior room.

It was a fantastic experience! The location is perfect! The beach is one of the best I've ever seen! I travelled alone to celebrate my birthday and I made new friends for life to celebrate with me, what turned to one of my best bithday's ever! Thank you for all support and for sure I'll be back soon!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the mattress is comfortable and the restaurant serves delicious food!

The only letdown on my opinion is the showers that could have been replaced for new ones with more pressure.

Lots of common areas to hang out, large shared kitchen, good wifi connection even with many people doing home office, really nice staff, each bed in shared rooms has its own curtain, power outlet and individual locker (its position reduce the room for your legs on the bed though).

Some place to dry your clothes was missing, as share rooms with many wet clothes hanging everywhere surely start smelling after couple days. To make things worse, rooms are most of the time with locked doors and windows to keep them cool with AC, which doesn't let any air exchange. More kitchen utilities should be added, taking into consideration the number of people who might use it at the same time. Usually you were missing something. Back swimming pool is usually full with youngsters parties where some guests are even naked. This might not be appropriate for other family and more quiet guests hanging around.

I travel alone, the staff was very friendly made me feel at home. The place was dreamy, the beach right across the road, wonderful covered pool, the kitchen was very organized and the shared rooms very clean. Awesome experience.

I really liked the place. All the facilities like fire place, garden, kitchen, restaurant and pools (hot and cold water). The location is good and Mole Beach is stunning beautiful. I got a 40% discount on their website and upgrade for single room. In this condition for sure I will go back

The price without promotion is quite expensive, even with all the facilities.

location was awesome, right in front of the beach. rooms were cleaned everyday if you wanted to and the air conditioning worked very good comfy beds

Staff was amazing! I meet great people at the hotel... food and drinks are good... location PERFECT... hotel infrastructure is really pretty and loved the pool....I enjoyed the community kitchen and cinema !!

Community Rooms didn't have a mirror nor hangers for towels. Shared Bathrooms/showers had strong urine smell most of the time

The entire facility is amazing and beautiful with attention to the detain. The pool is great, very friendly staff, super clean with fresh towels everyday.

Breakfast was our main disappointment: there was not much variety to eat but too much bread, pies and sweet things. The food from the kitchen for lunch/dinner was bad: simple veggies were not properly cooked, fish or burger were not tasty.

Overall a very nice place. The staff is very friendly and a good atmosphere

The pizzas did not seem very fresh as they arrived almost cold. The room could be a little cleaner. Sometimes no hot water.
