Hotel Grad

Hotel is relatively new, but perfectly maintained. All facilities are impeccable. Rooms are big. Breakfast is decent. Espresso is served (upon request) free of charge for the breakfast.

I only had one pillow (I could probably get another one if I asked). Late checkout was not easy to obtain (asked three times and finally got only one hour which was inutile) although hotel didn't seam to be fully booked at all. After hours arrival can get a bit rough. I came after midnight on the first night. Hotel was closed, and there is no door bell. I knocked, nobody responded. Finally, I,had to call the reception to get a man open the door for me.

Nice, clean, peaceful and frienly place.

The location was a little problematic on hot summer days. A lot of walking from the tram line. Traffic noise from the nearby street. It was also a little bit dull, far away from everything. I never managed to stabilize the room temperature even though the device was available. It was either hot or cold (but maybe It was my menopause...).

The personnel is outstanding. The room is simple but adequate and clean. Overall, it was a good stay, the personnel is friendly and helpful, which makes up for any shortfalls.

The only thing to improve is the TV. Very limited number of channels and no news channels 😕

I had an absolute brilliant stay at the Grad Hotel. Certainly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been. Room was cleaned every day thoroughly well. Even the toilet was sanitized every day, and including new towels every single day !! Beds were also of a very high standard. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. When it was raining they offered me an umbrella, great !! Breakfast included.

hotel and room was clean. there are some near shops which is enough for necessities. internet connection was reliable for remote workers. air conditioning was working good.

they charge me extra for breakfast. they should warn people before breakfast or before checkin. price was 15 km, which is not deserve for that breakfast.

It’s clean, comfortable and the staff was really friendly. Also its in the inner city, easy to find and access.

I was a little disappointed that there were no slippers and no mini bar. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Friendliness

One if the rooms was a smoking number before us though it was a non-smoking room. The smell was not pleasant. Though as we stayed only one night, it didn't cause major problem.

The hotel is very modern with an amazing shower, not only that small part that you need to hang on the wall, the bed was really confortable

The distance to the city center and old Town is not ideal, but taxis are not expensive

Its a clean room and a great bathroom with interesting view. The room was very useful with a table and chair for work and was great to have a good meal too.

Maybe my stay was too long but thing’s changed a bit… oh and the noise from main road.
