Nice location with a view (5th floor) of nearby mountains, clean and spacious room, large shower cabin and a comfy bed. There is a secure garage below the hotel, accessible through a car-elevator which is not really a problem. Garage is somewhat tight so prepare for an extra or two maneuvers but overall safe and good. Charging stations for electric vehicles are also located in the garage, worked without problems. Hotel restaurant was also fine, not too expensive and comes in handy if you don't want to look for one elsewhere.

Gym is cozy and clean but also pretty small, probably gets crowded with more than two people inside at the same time.

Staff were great but refused to make a phone call across border to Croatia for us stating it was too expensive for them. We would have happily paid for the call but it just seemed to difficult for them unfortunately, We made it ourselves using our Australian mobile in English so was a little difficult for us which they could have helped avoid. Rooftop bar which they advertise strongly wasn't open on any of the nights we stayed.

adults can not order things from “kid’s menu “ - it was not the point of price, just I wanted sandwiches for diner, and they were only listed for kids?!?!

The breakfast options were limited. I would suggest them to add more choices of fruits and vegetables. I hope that the limited options were most probably because of the covid situation. Otherwise the food from the menu was excellent. We tried beef and pork and also some desserts, and everything was very good. We also loved the staff. They were very helpful, always smiling and patient with our little guy, who was very friendly and open to explore the whole hotel and help the staff to set and clean the table. 😁

The room could be bigger since we were travelling with two kids, but I assume that the hotel is targeting solo and businesses travellers. Generally everything was very good.

Good location, close proximity to the city centre. Great bed, comfy like you want it. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Big TV in the room should you need it. Room size was good.

In the room there was a work desk or something similar but no char was present. The hair dryer was not working properly (the lady from the staff said it is a pressure-sensor thing and that many guests complain). Whose problem is it, then?

The staff in the restaurant are quite disinterested and poorly organised, so if it happens that one group has finished their shift none of the new group even comes to you until you call yourself and mention that you are waiting for food!

Rooms are large, just how I like them, and the garage is really nice - you enter it via elevator - keep that in mind, it's not for everyone. The location is also great, and general friendliness of the staff.

They sip milimeters exact glasses of whiskey, and I find that irritable at a highly priced and renowed hotel. You also don't get any snacks, regardless what you drink. Moreso, I was the only guest at the bar that night, and I was on my way from Verona (Hotel Accademia). Maybe it was just that I came from a 4 star hotel, where they were much more generous at the bar.

24h reception, very friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant had very good food. Breakfast was by order or buffet, also friendly staff. Modern rooms with enough closet space.

A quiet, comfortable room at the back of the hotel. Was permitted to park overnight in front of the hotel.

Took a long time to check in, as only one receptionist and four guests in the queue in front of me.
