The staff was kind and very helpfull, and not trying to act professional but instead just genuine attention. Also I loved the roomservice never had that before, so definite bonus. Would come again if some rest is needed
I can't complain honestly there where some things I would have liked to have added to the experience but that would have costed me And that is fair ofcourse. Although maybe an actual 2 person bed would be nicer then 2 beds against eachother to act as if it where a 2 size. If you like to have room between eachother instead of being snugled up it's no problem but if not, laying in your partners arms means laying in the middle of the bed, and since there are actually 2 it's an endless shoving the beds/mattresses back together.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was super nice, nice location, free parking, close to the beach and the room was cosy. This hotel is very pleasant in general and offers good value for the money that you pay.
The interior is a little bit outdated, but still good. The cleanliness is ok, but there was some dust (for example under the bed) and the bathroom needs to be cleaned (maybe by a professional that can remove the mouldy spots).

Everything else! The location, the facilities, the room, the bed, the breakfast, all perfect! I appreciate a lot having free upgrade to a bigger room :) I had a perfect stay, just me and the sea and the dune (plus the cozy room and the hearty service). Thank you!
The only thing was a poor sound proof. My room has a door connecting with a next room, locked of course but letting through every sound as if in the same room. It was a bit disaapointing especially given the hotel was almost empty.

Third visit to this hotel - the location over the dunes from the beach is exceptional. Family rooms are practical when travelling with kids. Pool is nice (but not heated!). We love the beach cafe.
Family rooms could be more comfortable - not sure why there is a sofa bed if it is already arranged as a bed upon arrival. No seating area for a family in the room.
