Staff informed, helpful and friendly. One suggestion is there is only one plug outlet, but no mirror in same area.

Why not hang a mirror in same area so one can see as they comb hair as other is in wc. If guest uses a hair curler, shaver they must wait till other person is out of wc. Really? What if you want to put on hair rollers?

Really nice welcome from staff, nice clean room, great buffet breakfast. The hotel is in an ideal location for the town centre being right on the town square which offers plenty of bars and restaurants.

Pretty much perfect, the price for the size of room could be a little cheaper but that said, we would stay there again. No parking at the hotel, but they do at least have a good deal with the local public secure underground car park, which is just over the road.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The blinds are really good at blocking the light, which made it easier at adjusting our sleeping schedule. The staff was really nice. We overslept and missed the check out time, but the staff gave us enough time to leave calmly.

The cups were upside down on the sink counter, not covered in a plastic, which made the cups look unclean.

Our second time staying here as we visit family. Hotel staff excellent, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, tidy and well maintained. The choice at the breakfast buffet was good. Location excellent being next to the square with its bar and restaurants.

All good for a night or two stay, otherwise room could be a little small with little storage for clothes for a longer stay.

the rooms were very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was enough place for our baggages even though we had a big one and two small one. the bathrooms were very clean and big.

there were some very loud noises during the night. ambulances and police cars. however it’s not the hotels fault but rather it’s environment, which is a bit suspicious

Everything was very nice and clean, a spacious room and bathroom and they allow pets which is great. We inly stopped for one night but definitely will stop again if on route on that side of Belgium. Very friendly stuff, public paid parking nearby and good coffee. Overall, a very nice experience. Very good position.

Microwave cooked food so we did not eat in the in-house restaurant but you can have your take away from the places around the hotel.

Great location in the middle of Sint-Niklaas, easy to find and quick check in and check out. Room was just about what you'd expect for the price, with a clean bathroom and toilet.

I know it's common in hotels, but "one bed for two people" shouldn't be "2 beds that have been pushed together".

Perfect location, right in the center of the city and -lucky enough- in walking distance to our friends, where we visited them. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choices; fresh fruit and orange juice, that’s excellent.

We missed a coffee/tea machine in our room.

It was very hot when we were there and it would have been perfect if we had had the option of a very light duvet or even just a sheet.

Good value for ok money.

1. The room, although clearly marked and advertised as smoke-free, had been smoked in. The smell was there and … annoying. 2. We stayed at the property 4 months ago at a much better price, 15€ difference. There is no reason for that price hike. The room was the same, the amenities were the same.
