ibis Styles Kortrijk Expo

Excellent location for visiting Kortrijk Expo. High quality hotel with reasonable price. Staff was very nice and room was clean :-)

Parking area is quite limited compared to hotel size. I imagine many people visiting are coming to Kortrijk Expo by car. There is an office block right next to hotel, I noticed a car coming after me had to go there for parking as I took last available spot in hotel parking area. OK during weekends, probably not OK during weekdays. Maybe hotel has a parking arrangement with that office block, but there were no signs about it. So, I was lucky, but be prepared to come early if you want to be sure about parking.

We stayed here a year prior and this year we had a superior room, compared to the regular room last year. It was very similar in the sense that it was just as comfortable and nice as the stay before. A huge shoutout to the staff and Louise in particular! She remembered us from last year and was exceptionally kind!

Our room was adjacent to the roundabout and we had our windows open. You do notice the cars in terms of smell. In addition, the carpet on the floor in the room had quite some strains. I don't think you can solve that quickly, but it definitely is noticable.

The room was very clean as was the bathroom. We enjoyed the available ritual soaps. The beds were comfortable. It was easy to park at the accommodation.

The room was a little noisy, we could hear the loud tv from our neighbours. It was a shame for the price, that there was no kettle for making hot beverages or a mini fridge available in the standard room.

The room was nice and cosy, breakfast was good.

Once a year I go to a hotel with my son. We really look forward to it all year. Unfortunately we didn't enjoy as much as we would have liked. The hotel was really full of dogs. Really full. I would not allow dogs in rooms with carpet on the floor, I don't think it's hygienic. But apart from that we heard barking all night, so we didn't really sleep. This was very sad for our once in a year trip...

This hotel is close to the centre of Kortrijk. There's plenty of parking space for the car. The rooms are clean, the check-in was friendly and fast. The breakfast had many options to chose from, I especially liked that hey had an alternative to regular milk, as a vegan I can appreciate this.

Beds were lovely and firm... the dining area looked very fresh and breakfast had a very good amount of food available but expensive for it.

The price of breakfast.... everything else was fine.

The bedroom was huge and the bed very comfortable. Big bathroom with nice shower. It was also very quiet. The restaurant was good too. Good parking space.

A bit expensive for the location (outside the center) and no other facilities (pool, gym, etc).

Excellent front desk team, full of tips on what to see (marking on a map) and giving driving information for what I found was a complicated highway system. But my GPS and their instructions worked out well. nice buffet breakfast.

Only flaw was a few carpet stains that I could imagine could be removed.

Staff were incredible, really helpful for us tourists & informed us of all the good local food spots & any supermarkets we may of needed

Standard ibis hotel with all the expected amenities (nice room, comfy bed, very tasty breakfast). Close to the exhibition centre, parking available.
