For this price the service and the facilities were absolutly OK...You arrive late with a smile and a non non sense help...you get the possibility to have a last fresh beer and a drink...Morning: Before you leave, a breakfast with a decent koffee and a little more but enough and you go on...perfect for this kind of trip...for a few days to visit the coast, Brugge...maybe for young people a fine opportunity...

After a long trip, a nice but professional welcome despite the late hour is enough for us...

The rooms were very clean, though a bit small/cramped for 2 people. The lobby bar was very lively and social when we were there. The staff is awesome. I had lost something that had great sentimental value and I called/emailed them to help me find it. While we didn't find it in the end, the manager/girl who helped me was so sweet and helpful I still appreciate it! 🙏🏼

Rooms were a bit small. Location a bit out of the way from where we wanted to be (Bruges for Retro Nation Outdoor)

Really helpful staff. Clean, functional rooms. Late bar, lovely view towards the lake.

Nothing major but I found that at breakfast, it's not very obvious how things work and that it's not clear that the section behind the counter is also self service. The toaster is very slow and does not get very brown. Every piece had to be run through twice and every piece got stuck at the back of the machine which also prolonged the waiting time. The names of the options on the coffee machine could be made clearer.

Hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were very polite and helpful The location made it easy to find and was in a quiet, safe area.

It would be nice if you could make a morning coffee as we tend to wake early in the morning, there was a coffee machine downstairs that produced a warm coffee that had to be drank straight down, coffee should be hot. I did not like having to pay a 6 euro parking charge for my motorbike, yes charge any non residents for using the car park but parking should be included for paying guests.

I like the reception staff named Arthur because he is genuine and very helpful, he is an asset to the company.

No kettle but very close to petrol station with 24 hour service and it’s just a 3-4 minute walk faster than actually driving due to driving route.

We liked proximity of the lake and camping which made this ibis a bit unusual. A small bar where a beer could be ordered. Nice place to sit outside and watch sunset over the small lake. Good place for overnight and for a short stay even. We used it as a base for bicycle trips to variuos seaside places. Bikes coudl be hired from the nearby camping.

A bit noisy highway, maybe? It was not that bad anyway, but present.

The staff was nice, close to Bruges city center by car. Nice town around and quite place (the highway is not loudly thanks to the thick window)

We had to pay to park the car in front of the hotel… and because there no more parking space available, we had to park on the grass (and still pay). No warm water the first day to a disfunction.

Absolutely recommend! Our room was very simple but had all we needed for a one night stay and it was clean and comfortable. For a budget hotel the room offer was excellent. Customer service was friendly. We didn’t have breakfast but it was offered for a small fee. There was also small sitting/relax area downstairs near reception desk 😊

The staff were all so friendly from the moment we got there. Nothing was a problem to them. The breakfast was very nice. Continental breakfast. Rooms were basic but very clean. We have said we'd stay there again. Thank you

It was a bit out of the way BUT where it was I can imagine lots of events in the summer time as it was next to a big lake and a caravan site.

I was pleasantly surprised as this Ibis hotel didn't feel that 'budget' at all, with good facilities such as a nice bathroom and a big tv in the room. Conveniently situated close to the motorway, it was perfect for my stopover on the way to the Eurotunnel. Directly next to it is a small lake which is a pretty sight. Of course you don't get a restaurant here, but as long as you don't arrive late at night, you can order snacks such as pizza at the reception - and the pizza I had was very tasty. I'd definitely stay here again.

The fact that the parking was charged at 6 euros per night. This would make more sense for a hotel in a city centre, where people have different travel options and parking is rare, but here it is kind of obvious that every guest arrives by car.
