Park Inn by Radisson Antwerp Berchem

Beautiful modern property located directly across from the train station. The staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in an office high rise complex area, so it's very quiet, but there are not many restaurants around. It's easy to jump on the train to Central Station and be downtown in 10 minutes. There's a Lidl grocery store located right under the hotel for snacks or a quick bite.

I wish there was an ice machine on every floor. The breakfast offering was a bit monotonous, and some of the food like the potatoes and sausages seemed re-heated from the previous day.

My second year here, the same experience: beautiful. Rooms are very clean and modern. The bathroom was clean too, equipped with all you need. Also, big common places are a plus because are nice and modern, and have many facilities. You can bring your laptop and work from here, you can play pool, or simply you can just relax there. Hotel is situated a bit far from the city center, but is very nice that it have a pedestrian bridge that links the hotel to the Berchem station, and took approx. 4-5 min to arrive from your room to the train station and another 4-5 minutes to Antwerpen Central station. Trains are very frequent, like at every 8-10 mins and also all trains that go to Brugges, Ghent, Bruxelles or towards The Netherlands stops in Berchem, so for me this hotel it's a perfect base. A big plus also for hotel amazing staff, very helpful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was exceptional, with a laaarge variety where you can choose, even they change some products from one day to another. Next year it's a sure thing where I will stay.

Excellent location next to the railway station and bus station and just a 10-min ride from Antwerp Airport. Very modern, clean and stylish hotel, room very comfortable and a decent shower. Good range of TV channels in various languages. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a huge range of choice.

The menu in the evenings was rather limited, especially on a Sunday. The quality of customer service in the restaurant was also very variable; sometimes we were offered bread, sometimes not. Some of the staff were friendly and chatty but others were less welcoming and tried to avoid the customers to focus on other jobs so it was difficult to get another drink/dessert/coffee etc.

Room was clean and comfortable and we were able to watch a movie using Chromecast. Very good shower. They hotel is quite new so the whole building is very clean, everything works properly. Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard in the evening, drinking a beer from the hotel bar. All staff was friendly and professional, never had to wait for anything (no queues). The hotel has a car park (not free) but if best reached by train which is right across the road. Despite the proximity of road and rail it is very quiet inside the hotel.

Wasn't a big fan of the coffee at breakfast and the WiFi connection i inside the hotel room was not very good (downstairs near reception it worked much better).

Very spacious, comfortable, and modern room. We were on the end of the hallway on the fourth floor and had a side window opening into a courtyard. Instead of paying for breakfast (At 18 Euros we prefer to make our own) we asked for coffee (would have gladly paid for it) and the waiter waved me in so I could take coffee from the machine in the breakfast space back to our room. The hotel has great connectivity with the rest of the city. We used tram No. 4 (at tram stop Berchem) to travel to the city center. The hotel also sits directly across from the Berchem train station and a bus depot. For lunch we recommend Bar Epoq, like the tram stop within a four-minute walking distance.

The signage to find the hotel should be updated. We used our GPS to locate the hotel and there was only a tiny sign (A4 size) on the entrance to the parking garage to let us know that this is the correct place to enter. We were expecting a large sign on the building and found none. Similarly in the parking garage, there was no clear signage how to get from the garage to the hotel reception. This might be a larger problem. Every time I have traveled to Belgium I have been surprised at the lack of effective signage and graphic design. End of rant.

This was a simple, functional, modern, new, and spotlessly clean hotel. Close to train and tram station, therefore easy to access city centre.

The car park could have been better sign posted. But it was easy enough to phone reception and have them help me with directions. For the record, if approaching from the West, turn right after Lidl and then take the first service road on the right, The first "P" sign is it! The car park is shared with Lidl, but it is very safe and secure, although it should be for 15 euros a day. It was disappointing that the restaurant and bar were both closed on a Sunday, although there's a lovely cafe/restaurant nearby opposite Dominos.

Everything was very good. Lots of choice for breakfast with those little touches such as alternatives to cow's milk. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for an overnight stay.

We struggled to get out of the car park and into the hotel. We pressed various buttons and tried to open doors but in the end walked out of the car park the way we had entered. That meant walking round the building and entering the main hotel entrance. We entered the car park went down the ramp and followed the signs for Park Inn. When they stopped, we parked.

Everything was fantastic. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. It is attached to the train station by a dedicated bridge. Very good hotel in my opinion.

My wife wanted a blanket and the staff was quite rude and kept asking questions about why she needed it repeatedly. I feel I would give the staff a higher rating if they had better service in this regard.

The hotel was fine, exactly what can be expected of a hotel of this sort. I really enjoyed the large bathroom and shower. The underground parking was very convenient and affordable. The personnel was very friendly and flexible. The bathroom was the room's best asset.

We would've preferred a double bed, in stead of two singles. Unfortunately, none were available when we arrived. Compared to the Radisson Blue on Astrid (also Antwerp), the room felt a bit small. I also do not remember having a refrigerator in the room.

the rooms were neat and clean. comfortable. great breakfast!

parking was pretty confusing. the parking is distributed between Lidl, and other offices. though they have put up directions for Park inn, the exact parking spots are not marked, and exit is also confusing. on top of it, when we tried to go out for the first time, we did not know the parking ticket had to be scanned at the reception. we had to go all the way to reception to get the ticket scanned, and we could exit with the car from parking.
