Max Brown Hotel 7th District, part of Sircle Collection

Our stay was just great! The room was spacious and nicely decorated, offered a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. We really liked the location - it was calm, charming, a walkable distance to various restaurants and bars, and very close to tram/bus stops (you can be in a city centre within 20 minutes). The staff was also helpful and kind. We liked the bar at the ground floor as well. Parking is available, though you can't make reservations (which is a shame but fortunately it was not that heavily occupied). In short - I highly recommend.

Wifi service was not ideal in our room, though it was not a problem for us (I guess it's good to confirm how it works and what's the reach, if that's important to you). A room could use some space to keep the clothes in (apart from hangers). I usually like to unpack, even for a short stay. Not a big deal as well, considering the size of the room. :)

I really liked the atmosphere in the hotel! Very aesthetically pleasing and atmospheric, beautiful design and great location. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. At the reception, friendly staff who will always help! Now I recommend this hotel to all my friends :)) Thank you very much, I will definitely come back again!

I didn’t really like the shower cubicle .... a small glass partition that doesn’t even half close the shower cubicle .... because of this, there was a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom and every time it was necessary to wipe the water. If there was a sliding partition it would be more practical.

The restaurant was amazing, both for dinner and for the daily breakfast buffet. The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was great, very cute and clean and it was great to have a balcony for an afternoon drink. The location was perfect, very quiet, on a pretty street but also near lots of cool bars, shops and restaurants. It was both easy to walk around and also to get transportation to other neighborhoods. We would definitely recommend Max Brown and would stay there again!

Super minor things. We would prefer to have conditioner in the shower and coffee in the room but neither of those things were a big deal. Highly recommend this place!

Bathtub pipes had not been cleaned for a long time, water wouldn't sink. The air conditioning seem not working, very hot in the room all the time no matter if you choose 5 degrees or more. Would not choose this hotell if visiting in the summer because it's very warm summers in Austria. Window could only be opened a little. No water when arriving at the room, always appreciated to have something refreshing after the flight. Did miss some more maybe healthy options at breakfast like a smoothie or watermelon. I'm a plant lover so i did miss all the plants that's on the pictures for the hotellrooms.

Beautiful hotel, very stylish and fits with my personal preference for nice looking hotels. Beautiful smell pumped through which made it feels very high end. The bed and pillows were so comfy, duvet very heavy which was really comforting and supportive. The shower and bathroom were perfectly clean and the toiletries provided felt high end. LOVED the photo booth in the lobby, gave us a unique and fun souvenir. The hotel also sold some other cool souvenirs in the lobby. Basic snack and drink selection at not too bad a price point considering it's a hotel lobby. Staff were fantastic, very attentive and helpful. Loved this hotel and will absolutely be staying again!

Would have liked some more snack options at the hotel or options for more simple snacks/breakfast options outside of the €20 breakfast option and restaurant options for dinner. However, lots of bakeries, spar shops, and even a bakery vending machine nearby so not a huge issue.

beautifully designed and in great location. amazing bed and shower. cute bar/restaurant in the lobby - but this was unfortunately closed when we were there (not even open for drinks)

the room was quite dusty. not the end of the world, but it gave us the impression that it was a bit unloved/hadn’t been used/checked in a while. they view was into a courtyard with a lot of trash laying around. the coffee wasn’t complimentary (and very expensive for what it was). the cleaner walked in on us twice. “mini bar items” that could be purchased at reception were very pricey and my soda was flat - again giving the impression that the fridge wasn’t checked/restocked very often.

The room was cute and the beds and duvet were really comfortable. The hotel has a great location, central but our room was generally quiet, and a buzzing restaurant at the ground floor (we only had a drink at the bar so cannot comment on the food). Considering other similar style hotels (e.g. 25hour, Jazz in the City, etc), Max Brown had the best price for the weekend we visited.

The room could have been cleaner. It felt like it was empty for some time and therefore dusty and the drain of the bathroom sink was clogged (which they fixed asap after we mentioned it). The rooms have heavy doors, so you might hear a few slamming doors every now and then.

The room was lovely and modern with a very comfortable bed. The decor is striking and really different in a great way. We loved the little touch of the fun toy basketball and net to play in the room! Air con was great and the staff were helpful when we needed assistance. Great location in a lovely district of Wien. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel has lovely vibes! Lastly, we were able to leave our luggage there after check out on the last day until our travel home, which was incredibly helpful!

The wifi was really unreliable from our room, unfortunately - worked fine at the ground floor reception and bar but kept cutting out on our floor.

Interior design is cool. excellent breakfast, comfortable bed. Room was spacious and really clean.

Internet is really slow

Room size was amazing, very comfortable, plenty of storage space, good balcony. All staff in reception excellent couldn’t be more helpful. Staff in restaurant at breakfast very friendly and helpful, also staff in bar.

Lack of extras which are included in most other hotels at this price, no coffee provided in room, no tissues, no information on hotel or city, no telephone to contact reception. Rooms only cleaned every three days, toilet rolls not routinely replaced. Net curtains at door to balcony dirty. No bottles of water supplied in room. No information to say restaurant and bar in hotel closed on Sunday and Monday.
