Hotel Stadt Kufstein

Located in a modern shopping mall, within walking distance of the train station and in the town centre. An interesting building: breakfast ( which was very good) served in a double height atrium with splendid fresco of local scene. Staff at breakfast very attentive: tables cleared promptly, coffee etc served on request.

There is guest seating in a lounge area near bedrooms, but the area was very warm and needed better ventilation.

The staff are incredible, At breakfast one of the waiters brought me porridge and eggs on my first day without me asking, this was great as my German is close to zero so it was great to know I could get items like this from the breakfast, Without this i would never have asked for anything!

The beds are single beds pushed together which is fine, but the biggest problem is that they only have single duvet (blankets) these were so narrow that with one turn you would not have it covering you anymore, I woke up cold a few times from this,

Great location, close to the Fortress and old city and a 10-minute walk to the train station. Room was small but very nice and very clean. Mineral water and an espresso machine were nice perks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good, lots to choose from.

There was no air conditioning; the nighttime temperature was cool, but it could be a problem with extreme heat during the day. The hallways were very warm.

The room was super clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. Location was great, too. The booking also included a free ticket to the fortress.

The hotel could do with 3-pin power supply sockets.

We had a great time at Hotel Stadt Kufstein. The check in was quick and easy as was the parking. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. Location was central and our room had a view of the amazing fortress. Breakfast was also good but what made it great were the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and the breakfast staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you ! Would definitely recommend this hotel

The church bells going off at 7am but this is not the fault of the hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel in the center of Kufstein, very friendly and helpful staff, both ladies at the reception where really friendly, well informed and always had a smile. The same at breakfast service, the staff was exceptional. A hidden gem in my view, real value for money and a very comfortable hotel.

Super friendly staff. The waitre in the morning made me an extra big portion of porridge. Just like that. All questions I had were answered.

It'd be great to have some information available in English. In the wellness area I encountered a group of young Dutch people who had no idea about how to use the Sauna. They went in there without a shower and with swim suites on... so perhaps an info sheet on how to use the area would be helpful.

First of all the lady she was at the reception was wonderful smile and welcoming me so lovely - made my day very happy - so quite Hotel - clean very comfortable I had a very lovely sleep even though I ask for double bed room because of my size ,

nothing to be honest.

Hotel is newly furbished and extremely clean, no faint musty/smoke odor. Room was small (for a single, a twin bed) but had nice touches (espresso machine in the room, a big bottle of mineral water. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location. Luggage storage available if you are hiking/skiing.

Buffet food was well presented and of a high quality, eggs are cooked to your liking. Room was well appointed and very comfortable, the hotel is located close to the central mall and train station.
