perfect location. good view from the room. big room size.

housekeeping was very bad. the room was not cleaned in a daily basis even after requesting twice. even when it was cleaned, it was still dirty.

Location was perfect, parking right underneath hotel. If arriving by train the main station a short walk down the street. Room large and bed very comfortable. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Deniz at reception on check in was great, and always had good tips on restaurants and things to see and do in the area.

Parking though handy cost 100 euro for the week. breakfast would have been better if there were different selections on different days, not always exactly the same things. Would also have been good to have a coffee machine in the lobby, as we had in a recent stay in Munich. Little touches like that really make a guest appreciate the hotel.

The hotel is situated conveniently next to the bustling casino. Guests can easily indulge in the excitement and entertainment that the casino offers, just a few steps away from their accommodation. During our stay, we had the pleasure of encountering the exceptional service of Mr. Anshul Kataria from the reception desk. With his extensive knowledge of the city, he proved to be an invaluable asset in our exploration of the area. Mr. Kataria graciously provided us with a wealth of useful information about the city, including popular attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring our stay was pleasant and memorable made a lasting impression. It is always a privilege to encounter such focused and attentive individuals. Overall, our experience at the hotel, thanks in large part to its prime location next to the casino and the assistance of Mr. Anshul Kataria, surpassed our expectations.

The location of the hotel is great in the city center near restaurants and the pedestrian street. The hotel rooms are large. The reception staff are good and their behavior is excellent. There is a grocery store adjacent to the hotel.

The high price of car parking, the room cleaning service was not good, as the bed is made and used towels are replaced without cleaning the floor of the rooms, in addition to not putting new tissues after they are finished for two days.

Convenient location, close both to the HBF and the old city. The room was comfortable, clean and felt spacious enough for 3 people. The stuff was kind and always happy to help. Great breakfast. I would certainly recommend it.

Beds (2 large ones - a room for 3) might be on the smaller size for 3 people, and it didn't feel suitable for more than 2 people, even though we ordered a room as such. The hotel was happy to add another small bed (for 30€). For a group, one might want to take that into consideration before booking or to be specific about guests' requirements.

My husband loved the buffet breakfast! We were glad we had ordered it for each of the three days we were there! There was an excellent choice of everything one could imagine! I don’t eat as much at breakfast,but my husband was in heaven! The service was great too. Very attentive and courteous! Not to mention cappuccino for me. Thank you for a great time!

I would have liked something to read,book or magazine in English.

The location was very near the main train station and the city. Breakfast was good. The rooms had a great view of the city. The facilities were great with kettle, coffe machine and even an ironing board.

We had 3 people staying in a triple room but in the room there were 2 double beds. It would have been better if the hotel could arrange for a queen size bed and a single bed for 3 guests. There were 3 sets of towels when we arrived. After the rooms were made, there was only 2 sets of towels. Also on the morning of our check out day, our room door was suddenly opened by the room attendant when we were still in the room.

Staff were excellent. The breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice. The whole foyer was nice and relaxing with the big sofa's, comfy chairs and bar.

At one point, both lifts were out of order. There's no stairs (I like to walk if I can). Apart from make the bed, not sure what the cleaning staff did. We ran out of shower gel, I had to ask 3 times to get it re-filled. The sauna and steamroom weren't working either. The gym, in the photo's, looks good but very limited.

Breakfast is superb, with fresh pastries, different kinds of bread, fruit, cereals and many other options for a savoury breakfast. Staff is very kind, everybody speaks english fluently and some waiters speak italian too. Our room was very spacious and comfortable (loved the large shower box), and the view was very suggestive. The hotel provides a welcome card to benefit from free public transport and many discounts for activities such as city e-bikes and funicular. You can get anywhere easily, bus and tram stops nearby. Relax area with the sauna was a treat.

Free wi-fi is available only in the hall, it would be nice to extend that to the rooms without charge, as in almost any hotel. The restaurant proposes very few choices for dinner, not recommended for people not so enthusiast about american cousine. In days with lots of check-in, delays in room cleaning can happen.
