A real good breakfast - such a great start for a good day! Very helpful and cheerful lady at the reception. Great location to be close to the town center. Comfy beds. Everything was clean. Underground parking.

Only minor points: The room was rather small for its price, also keeping in mind it was located just above the underground carpark entrance. No sleep possible with an open window due to the cars on the street therefore the use of air conditioning is practically unavoidable in summer.

Location ideal for me. Staff very friendly. Loved having the kitchen area and a desk to work at. Wifi good. I'd travelled overnight from South Africa and they let me into my room early because I was so tired!

No fresh air if you have a room opening onto the covered central courtyard.

Location very close to the main square. Underground parking on site with the direct access to the hotel lift is very convenient and fairly priced (10€ / day), enough space for clothes and other stuff. Electric socket which works 24/7 even if the main switch (by card) is off when you leave the room

The atmosphere of the hotel is rather "business" than "leisure"

The super service minded Reception!! The Reception was really helpful and she was very nice. Her service makes this place to be a 5 stars hotel, not a facility.

I am a wheelchair traveler and I was booking for a wheelchair accessible room. Everything is good except the bed was too low for transferring in between wheelchair and the bed. Out of it everything is excellence.

Highly recommended if you are travelling from Munich to Austria and to Switzerland, good location,. Staff are smiling and friendly, kitchen is equipped with all you needs. Location of the hotel Nearby Restaurants ( Turkish Kebab) just in front of the door.

No Slipers for the toilet

Awesome staff, very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are ok, clean, the bathroom is big and also clean. The shower is awesome! 😀 The location is also nice, shops and restaurants all around. Overall, we enjoyed it a lot.

The breakfast was not included, but is was available for 18 euros.

Comfortable, the bathroom is clean and very easy to use, wide enough. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Have a sofa in the room which needs some kind of care, as it looks overused.

Right in the center of the city. Very nice service. Very clean hotel.

Air condition pushing air straight on the bed of our child. No defog on mirror in bathroom. Extremly expensive breakfast. If you take the cheap version breakfast, you don't even get butter for your croisant, shocking.
