Location was great, the parking was a bit narrow to fit in but managed. the staff helped with every inquiry, such as extra plates and pots to be able to cook, or to check the aircon when we thought it wasn't cool enough. The cleaning lady was helpful as well, unfortunately she came twice a week and we were short in basic staff such a bin liner.

The apartment is great the only downfall is the cleaning condition, The carpets are stained and giving unpleasant feeling that you can't walk barefoot also the sofa pillows releasing feather all over the carpet which not helping with the overall cleaning looks. The aircon can't cool the apartment on a hot days, only when temp outside cool down it starts to cool down. We arrived mid Jan and we had a few high 30*c days.

On first arrival we thought we had made a mistake and the property may have been less than expected. After walking the area and reference to Google maps we found it was fine, especially as we were there for only one night. Off site reception is a pain when time is pressing or you need action (eg. we had noisy tenants next door who failed to respond to requests for quiet and reception could not do anything out of hours)

The unit is a bit tired and can do with an upgrade and carpet replacement. but overall it was good. especially for the price. The charge of $28 per day for parking was a bit rich especially as other people partially blocked the street with their unauthrorised kerb side parking.

Close to the city, secure parking, balcony with a view and spacious room with self contained kitchen facilities. Everything is within walking distance and close to the highway exit to travel out. Great communication from the hotel staff.

Car park pricing is too steep, it should be a flat rate cost of $10/$15 or included in your room booking. The room has and odd smell that they try to mask. The shower glass door needs better seals, the shower head shoots against the door water escapes and floods the floor and the floor isn't set for the water to drain away properly. This can be corrected by adding a different shower head that goes above the shower floor overhead (not against the wall shooting out). Extra toilet paper for both bathrooms was needed, only one bathroom had one.

It was a lovely apartment to stay in, It was spacious and comfortable and had a nice view of Perth city. My family and I would stay again.

The only downfall that Zappeion had was the check in process! I informed them I would be a late check in as I was arriving at 5:15 and there sister property where you collect the keys shut at 5, They gave me a lockbox code but unfortunately the receptionist did not arrive until 6pm to put after hours cards in the lockbox so I was left waiting for 45mins to get my key!

Can check in anytime even after office hours? Indeed ! After signing the agreement which theyd send me thru my email, responded to me right away with all the info on how to access into the apartment & so with the keys instruction. Very convenient, spacious apartment, very accommodating staff, asking for late check out- easy and been granted! I been loving this place for several times/yrs. Like you would love to stay in safe quiet with a privacy like home. Very good job team! Thank you

good reception staff now

we had on our last visit at Christmas a very rude aggressive female manager who came round on Christmas Day asking everybody to be quiet as she had had complaints, well we were a family of 4 we were not drinking or partying or playing load music we did laugh at some shows in the television. she said she was going around telling! everyone and threading eviction to the guilty party! when she found them! but she was so rude and aggressive in doing her job! especially as. my husband’s father had died 2 days before Christmas and we had to spend time in Perth as our child was in hospital!

Great location, private, local traffic only which was nice, spacious apartment for a family of 4. Beds were comfy, parking was fine and we have a large land cruiser and also had a motorbike towing frame and still fit into a standard bay.

The showers leaked around the bottom tiles and there were some small flying bug things hanging around in the main bedroom's bathroom. The couches were a little worn and hard but still fine to use.

Staff late to answer phone, give code, left doors open flat was freezing , haven been charged for broken fridge shelf - put 5n,ooml drink in fridge opened the fridge and shelf fell off because not, in properly. spoke with staff and still over charged me, booked car space but first staff couldn't help me get a spot, 15 carparks with one vehicle 14 spare. Staff poor

Location, security and private parking. The apartment building and lift were clean

We would have liked a bigger sharper knife in the kitchen. We were a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people but there were only 2 outdoor chairs and the cane table had a big burn hole in it. I rang reception in regards to not having an ironing board in the apartment and was told staff had finished for the day and someone would be there in the morning. No one came. I was lucky that I had family on the same floor to use their ironing board because we were there for a wedding.

The range of view from the apartment is amazing, even the bedroom with a door leading to the huge balcony has a cool view of the city's towers. Very generous in size and all the amenities you would need if you were staying a couple of nights.

Washing machine would slowly leak with normal water when I used it. But luckily it would lead to the drain in the toilet that connects to the ensuite so it's not like it flooded the place.
