The room was very adequate for our needs , lovely view out of window , peaceful location was very central to town that's why we stay there. Reception kadt was lovely and our room was ready early which was great . Pool was useful too on our first day !

The noisy doors on the rooms and outside door , people need to consider other guests as the doors are very noisy when closing , I understand the doors are heavy,fire doors but if you just let them go they bang and are very clunky/ loud , at 6.3o am on a Saturday and Sunday morning ! Maybe there should be a sign up to remind people ! , also can you hear the showers running from adjoining rooms , also very early from our neighbours . Never noticed it before in 1 bed room apartments ,only in the standard rooms . Maybe because the bedroom is not next to the entry doors.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived until we left. The rooms were a decent size and well equipped. The swimming pool was clean and a good size with sun loungers, chairs and shade. Reception also provided towels for the pool which you could collect from the reception. It was a short stroll into town with a few nice places to eat and convent shops to service you’re needs.

The very small fridge froze just about everything we put in there. It wasn’t big enough or effective. I found the shower awkward to get into as it was in the bath with a glass screen in the way. There was a hand rail on the wall to hold on to but it was a bit of a stretch for me to reach comfortably.

The location is perfect as you can walk anywhere in town. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was good. The pool area was good. On the smaller side but it wasn't very busy. Our balcony was incredible as was the view of the garden and forrest.

Our neighbor on night one did make a lot of jumping/thudding noises which wasn't ideal but it stopped by 10:30pm. They had small children so didnt want to complain. We could hear people in the car pack from our room early in the morning. Rooms just arent noise proof I guess. A few Christmas beetles in our room despite everything being shut. Not sure where they came from but we put a towel down along the bottom of the front door and we didnt get anymore.

I loved the location. We did a lot of shopping so it was handy to be within a short walking distance from our accommodation. Our room overlooked the forest, which was so lovely to look at from our balcony. The room smelt clean as soon as we walked in, and we noticed it was throughout the whole room and bathroom. There were so many viewing options on TV, although we spent most of our time on the main strip or our balcony. The staff were so friendly, especially since I had previously turned up to a confirmed booking at another hotel through booking.com that turned out to be overbooked. I was nervous about using booking.com again, but the staff messaged/ emailed to confirm and put my mind at ease. We decided to return next year and bring our families to use the tennis court and heated pool, which looked fantastic.

I would've liked our rooms to have been serviced(beds made, dishes washed) after our first night.

I was able to book a room during a long weekend at the very last minute and late. The caretaker was very accomodating and gave me clear concise instructions over the phone on how to let myself in. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Quokkas in the gardens!

All was satisfactory. Only minor things if I wanted to nit-pick. Table on balcony was wobbly (jammed folded paper under a leg for a quick fix) and toilet roll holder was loose on the wall (Was careful to not make it worse). Nothing that can't easily be missed by maintenance.

Staff was very good, room was great, very clean, amenities were great.

The only downfall was the amount of noise that travels from the adjoining doors. When 1 person closes the door (or slams it as that is what it sound like), it is loud enough to constantly wake you up from your night sleep in a panic. This is not just from the room we stayed in this time but also the time before. We have now stayed in ground floor and first floor and the doors were a major issue both times.

Great location just off main street in Margaret River town, so convenient for going to visit local attractions by car - eg wineries, beaches, caves etc. Also just a few minutes' walk from shops, supermarkets and bars/restaurants. Apartment well kitted out with (almost) everything we needed, self-use laundry available too. Reception staff very helpful, and the swimming pool area was well looked after and comfortable.

We had "noisy neighbours" unfortunately so were frequently disturbed by banging doors - not the hotel's fault really but it did slightly detract from the pleasure of our stay.

It was a very nice place to stay, especially for a last-minute booking. I wrote a special request for my elderly mother in booking.com, and a staff member rang me to clarify what her needs were. I wish she didn't second-guess us—my mum knows what she needs—but I still appreciated the extra attention.

The carpark was a little bit awkward, especially with the gate that needed to be opened to get in. There was never a parking spot in front of the room; I'd have to drop my mum off and then do a lot of manoeuvring to find another one. Also, while I appreciated the care and attention of the person who rang to make sure my mum got everything she needed, I didn't like that she doubted that my mum knew what she did and didn't need. She's elderly, not stupid.

The room was great and overlooked the pool which was at a good temperature for swimming. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and had all the items for cooking meals.The beds were comfortable and overall a great place to stay..The location was fantastic,a short walk to restaurants shops and Settlers tavern and also IGA for food shopping.

The loft apartment was great but was not dark enough at 5.30am it was daylight in the loft. Extra blockout curtains or blinds would help.

It was extremely relaxing right in the centre of Margaret river. There is a wonderful bookshop called THE BOOKSHOP on the maindrag. Lovely to hear playing in the swimming pool. That was entertainment

Being instructed to write two to three sentences about an experience. The place was great, staff very helpful and friendly I thought it was a trifle overpriced. Bit its christmas and one has to pay if one wants these little luxuries.
