Although the hotel room was clean and comfortable and no complaints there , The general upkeep of the actual building needs a bit of tlc . The handrail on the stairs came away from the wall near our room, the area surrounding the pool needs work as there were a lot of broken tiles some with sharp edges and the wood railings around our balcony look like they could do with upgrading

We paid a little extra for a sea front room and it was really worth the money! We had a very spacious room with a sofa, and a small balcony for watching the sun set! The bathroom was nice and big and we had a small kitchen area too. I also used the small pool whilst we were there. The location was perfect for getting to Monkey Mia and Denham was a lovely place to stay for a few nights on our way up the North Coast.

Everything. This is our second stay at the Heritage Resort & will happily stay there again. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Each day, housekeeping asked if we needed clean towels or the room made up. Great location close to shops, with the beach just across the road. The bar & bistro has a great atmosphere & the food was great. The Manager who is the lady who checks you in is fantastic she is very helpful.

There is nothing that we didn't like.

Had a speedbump with our room allocation that was quickly sorted out with an upgrade to an ocean view room. After that, everything went well. Great service, hotel staff exceptionally good and very friendly. Hotel was right on the main street, so absolutely everything was easy to find and access.

Room allocation was not as advertised, so we had to work through that, but everything else was terrific. Pool could also possibly be heated, it was quite cold when we tried it.

Great location in the middle of the main street of Denham where everything you need is a short walk away and the foreshore with a nice area of lawn is across the road. The pub adjacent was a bonus and had nice meals there and of course some chill-out time watchng the sunset over a few drinks.

Would ave been nice to have a toaster.

Size of rooms and location

I only would've needed to pay for 1 room for my family when booking if I'd known there was going to be a fold out bed and a sofa bed in each room. Staff didn't acknowledge you at bar and restaurant. Weren't told whether they would come to table to take order or whether we had to go to bar. Town was extremely windy. Couldn't use pool as they were doing maintenance.

Room was fine, nice and clean and facilities good.

The checkin time is supposed to be 2.00 which is OK. However, on arrival we were told the room is not ready and we would have to wait for 15 minutes and they would contact us. 45 minutes later and having not heard from them, I rang and oh yes it is ready. This is a little annoying because after traveling you want to just get in your room, shower and tidy up. On exiting it is expected you leave right on 10 am so arrivals could be better handled.

Nice big room. Aircon worked well. Generally clean and bed made every day. Plenty of parking. Pool clean. Location excellent - balcony looked over ocean across the road. Nespresso coffee pod machine in room. Room had been renovated.

Four nights - never vacuumed. You get four coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, regardless of the length of stay, then you have to buy more. Chairs on balcony dirty. Lack of facilities in room such as toaster or even microwave. Room renovated but pictures on wall old and faded - didn't fit in.

Comfortable, spacious rooms with a nice feel to them. Building is pretty cool too - a little different to Aussie architecture, reminded me of being overseas. Super friendly staff. Awesome location right opposite the beach. Amazing playground across the road for kiddlywinks. Nice space for dinner/bar. Great little town to chill out in and have some down time. Really liked both the hotel and the town.

Wasn't entirely enticed by brekky options. Both room and menu were a bit minimal and not terribly exciting if you're a bit of a foodie.

Big comfy bed, and the best pillows! View over the bay a lovely bonus when we got upgraded Friendly very helpful staff. Room size is generous,

No lift to the upper levels. So taking luggage up several flights of stairs was a bit of a workout A kettle that fitted under the tap sink would be good- bit awkward to fill up.
