Courtyard Motor Inn

The facilities in this hotel are very dated. Think 1970s decor. However, the hotel is obviously very well looked after. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious with a microwave TV fridge. Mine was missing a kettle, but that issue was soon rectified. It's got palm trees as well

There isn't anything bad to say. It's got a great location five hundred metres from the centre of Shepparton. It's maybe a little far from the railway station

Motel good, could not say the same for booking. com, rate on site said $280.00 for 2 nights including charges & taxs but charged me $304.00 ,sent email to booking. com & rang support no help ,still waiting for call back. Don't think I will use this company again.

Booking. com contacting me back will my enquiry from email & phone call. Very poor service. No interest in customer when they get there money

The room was quiet and comfortable. We had a comfortable queen bed with electric blanket; the room had a small table and 4 chairs. The air con was quiet and effective.

There were no drinking glasses in our room but this was quickly rectified when we advised Reception. The pool was green and needed cleaning - fortunately we didn't want to swim.

Exceptional value for money. Very central location made it close to get dinner. Room at front did have some street noise but it was not constant. Overall, better than what I expected. Would definitely recommend!

Thicker curtains on front windows could have helped with street noise and light.

Room was great, access and visibility of our cars was essential as they were rare and expensive cars. Amazing how many cars were in parking through the night without hearing then come in. Friendly and courteous guests in other rooms.

noise from street through night was slightly annoying. Bed was ok pillows not very comfortable but nothing like your own pillow from home !

Our late check in worked very well and we were able to access our room after hours as arranged.

Everything was pretty good. The hoons racing up and down the main street until the small hours was of concern. Perhaps the police need to pay attention to this!!

The reception staff were so helpful and kind. It was great value for money. We also really liked the shower heads and the ability to cook a BBQ by the the pool with lots of seating for our big family

It is a bit dated in the rooms, but because it was clean I did not mind.

The room, which was upstairs, was comfortable and quiet. It was well equipped but the bathroom was a bit shabby.

There were not enough powerpoints in appropriate places eg to plug in the microwave and/or jug where they were located.

This is our second time staying here. We really like staying here because it’s very homely and comfortable with great facilities. We previously used to stay at the Wyndamhere motel. We were very regular customers over 2 years and we stopped staying with them as the room and facilities had gone down hill.

the only thing is the speed humps, they are not necessary in my opinion. our car bottoms out every time, I drive with much caution

The room size was good and the bed was comfy, the room was clean and the water pressure was excellent, good size car park and a good location for food areas. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly

the couch could probably be replaced and the WIFI was non-existent so I had to hotspot my phone. I had the spa room although the spa was way too small ( minor problems, however)
