Room had comfortable chairs, and nice space to sit outside. Really good to have the option to do self-service laundry (after being on the move for a while) - and very reasonable charge. Rose was always really helpful, both before and during my visit.

Although it's near the QANTAS and Stockman's Hall of Fame attractions, it's quite a way from the town, and there's currently no restaurant at the Albert Park, so if you arrive by train (as I did) and it's around 38°all day, eating out can be tricky - there's no public transport. But there's a microwave in the room and plenty of crockery and cutlery, so a trip to the grocery store solves that problem! And the walk, along the linear Botanic Garden, is beautiful.

Room had been recently refurbished and was very fresh and clean. the room was quiet and the Inn was in walkable distance of airport, Qantas museum (which is open at 8 with a breakfast menu - and the best homecooked berry muffin ever!), and the stockman's hall of fame. Inn staff arranged pick up from railway station - which was very unexpected. Thank you. Town center is only 2 km walk from inn with good pathways between. Loved the emu and 8 chicks on the front lawn, and the brolgas on the road near our room!

The air-conditioner kept giving an error message and wasn't functioning at full capacity. Staff reset it, but when turned on next time it defaulted back to error mode. This seems a warranty issue, as the unit looks new. No problems, as used fan instead- and with cooler temps atm, we were very comfortable.

Nice price for great accommodation, massive improvement to the quality of the rooms since the renovation a few years ago. Love the pin code access now, easy check-in and check-out. Has everything you need. Covered parking right in front of your room is awesome. Highly recommended.

A/C struggled to cool the entire room even on the coldest temp and highest fan speed. Was like the Antarctic standing directly in front it though...lol.

Restaurant was excellent Breakfast plentiful and good choice Buffet dinners were really good with huge variety Naomi and her staff were very friendly and always helpful even giving us breakfast at 6am one morning when we had an early start despite the normal opening time being 7.30

Large room Clean Modern bathroom King size bed Unde cover parking Great resort style pool - it was 37 degrees so the pool was a bonus.

It was close to the Qantas Museum and Stockmans Hall of fame but as it was so hot we still drove the car. However it was not walking distance to main street of Longreach.

The room was huge & clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Very spacious all round indeed.

A shelf in the huge bathroom to place your toiletries would be nice & a towell hook or two would be useful. The Dining facility was not available for use which was disappointing so we had to travel back into town.

Room was spacious and quiet at back of the property. On site laundry facility was great as we had been travelling for a while. Close to Stockmans Hall of Fame and Qantas Museum.

Swimming pool area was closed for maintenance which was unfortunate as weather was hot.

Massive room, well appointed with little kitchenette, TV with Netflix and extra blankets in wardrobe. Bug spray in the room was an excellent idea!

There was a gap under the door so I had a skink join me for the evening! Could also heard the road noise all night as my room was right at the front of the property.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Shuttle bus a big plus Pool very good

Curtains in room had been washed and block out backing damaged. Needed replacing Other than letting light in room very good

The motel is tidy and the new bathrooms are beautiful. Staff were happy to assist us whenever we called them. Having a combination to use to get into our rooms rather than heading to the front desk also made things a lot easier when travelling with a baby.
