Mantra Crown Towers

Perfect spot close to all amenities but not too close(not noisy).Great sunrises and sunsets. Walking distance to Cavill ave 1 street over from beach.Close to all cafés restaurant and more.Great views from our balcony ocean and river views.Quite location that had everything we needed. Definately will book again and recommend.Had everything we needed for adults and children(my grandkids).Best Thai restaurant ever.And love the lime bikes everywhere great idea to get around.And very friendly team from front desk to kiosk.All round loved it.Great daily spot for walks along the beach.

Wish the breakfast /lunch bar was opened like the website said.(winter)Had to unclog shower drain.And the room could have been cleaned and dusted better.As we found dust and dirt and food under lounge and beds.As we swept daily. And our bathrooms were newly renovated but my advice is to maintainenance is clean the drain in ensuite shower/both showers (as it got blocked Hubby fixed it).And the ensuite left side power point doesn’t work with hairdryer provided.And when your roomed gets cleaned after 5 day stays(we stayed 10 days)They said they’d vacuum and to move everything off floor.As we did but floors didn’t get vacuumed.Oh we had a few visitors on our balcony occasionally.

We loved the location. Having the G link right there was so convenient. The pool was fantastic, the kids could have happily spent their days there. The room was perfect for us, 2 bed and 2 bath with a kitchen was a great size and it was presented beautifully. . The staff were lovely and always helpful. The Cafe near the pool had great food. It was cash only but the ATM was just inside the lobby so not inconvenient.

The room was a little tired. I really wish it still had the restaurant in the lobby. Through no fault of there's, looking out over a dirt car park was not great.

The pool, spa and slides were amazing. We used these despite the rain and cold, because we felt we needed to, to get value from our stay. The rain wasn't going to stop us. The room was great with amazing views. Location was wonderful, so close to beach.

The hallway from the elevator to our room reeked of vomit, to the point that we held our breathe to walk in that area... every time, as the smell was overpowering. The elevator glass or mirrored walls were smashed and covered in thick safety drop sheet - although we acknowledge that this was possibly the best and only option to deal with this issue, it was still disappointing and felt uncomfortable to use the elevator. Hopefully these are temporary issues and resolved at the venue quickly.

Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious. We loved the spectacular view, we had a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom and loved the city views from the other windows. Beds were comfortable too.

Some basic things weren’t included like surface spray and pool towels. The vacuum cleaner was old and smelly, and left a vomit smell in the apartment. We stayed for a week so needed to do basic cleaning as the apartment wasn’t serviced so it would have been nice to have access to products to make this simple. Also, the apartment seemed quite bare and would have been nice if it had some DVDS, a DVD player, cable tv, and board games.

Good facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, pool kiosk and Thai Restaurant were both very good. Good that there are multiple options of pools, including a heated indoor pool.

Rooms were a little dated, would have been nice if outdoor pools should be heated. Portacot was very uncomfortable - wooden base with very minimal padding. Also would have been nice if kitchen basics were provided (e.g. oil, salt, pepper, paper towel, glad wrap etc).

I have been coming to mantra crowntowers for several years. The location to surfers is good. The facilities are good. The inhouse Thai restaurant has great food.

Over the years I have booked at crown towers direct through Accor and through a booking agency. Usually if I booked direct and if special came up mantra would match it. Apparently that has changed. So that's why I booked through an agency with a cancellation clause. On my final day I asked for a late checkout of 1 extra hour. The staff member told me that that room had guests coming but could extend checkout for an hour but would charge me $20. I would rather have been told that a late checkout was not possible instead of offering a $20 money grab. It's a bit demeaning Accor member.

the location was ideal. mini golf around the corner, 3 bottle shops and convenience stores less than a 2 minute walk, cafe across the road facing the beach, 2 minute walk to the beach, and 10 minute walk to the jetties. The Thai restaurant on site and 3 pool options were really great for the whole family!

the property is in need of updating in the rooms. there were missing curtains with the tracks and rod pulls still in place, there was rust all over the outside of the air conditioning system and the tiles, kitchen cabinets and wall art look 1990s/early 2000s style. there were also big dents and chips in some of the doors and walls with exposed metal supports showing through.

Spacious, comfortable apartment with full kitchen. Located a short walk from Cypress Avenue Light rail station (with connecting bus 777 from Gold Coast Airport), it was easy to get to. The Esplanade was a short 15 min walk. A life-saving flagged beach is even closer. The reaort has a lagoon pool, an indoor pool, two spas, and an equipped gymnasium as well.

Needs a little maintenance. And previous tenants were smokers, and the balcony had a can with cigarette butts, missed by cleaners.

I loved the entire trip. The pool, the view everything

I didnt like that my bathroom shower had mould all around the poor level of tiles or that when my daughter and I were swimming at 950pm the lights were just turned off by security. The pool closes at 10pm not 950pm and the night before security told us at 955pm he was closing soon. But to just have the lights turned off on us without any warning was very rude.

The pools were excellent The location was central to everything we needed, shopping, dining, entertainment The apartment was very spacious and fairly comfortable

The main bedroom had air conditioning, however the other 2 bedrooms did not and it made sleeping in the morning uncomfortable, as soon as the sun was up the rooms were unbearably hot.
