Great location, close to everything. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, ceiling fans. Comes with dishwasher and internal laundry with washer/dryer. Staff were friendly.

Kitchen didn’t feel very well equipt. No chopping boards or colander. Ordered unit for 4 people and were given 3 dining chairs, swivel chair for study desk and 1 barstool. We made do with what we had. Only 4 plates, forks, knives etc which then made it difficult with no cooking knives or chopping boards. One night our child was sick and asked grandparents to come to the unit for dinner instead of going out, had to ask them to bring own cutlery. Great place to stay if you don’t plan on using the kitchen.

one of the room keys didn’t work but we didn’t notice until after reception had left and because we were only staying one night we didn’t worry about fixing it. The key for the power didn’t work so the air cons didn’t work but the fans and lights did

The front reception staff and the cleaning staff were amazing!! The cleaning staff helped us out heaps when we first arrived as one of our daughters was sick with a migraine and they couldn’t have helped us enough!! Our bed was also super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again:)

Couldn’t find the second bathroom with the room setup but reception staff were very patient and helpful

Perfect location as we had a function at the entertainment centre the next morning, the staff let us keep our car in the carpark until we had finished.

everything was great, the elevator is next to the rubbish shutes and was a bit stinky but this was only noticeable when we were in the lift

Beautiful room, lots of great space to be with family , comfortable beds, lovely kitchen and loved the pool and spa area

It was very noisy from the industrial plant next door in the lounge area and front bedroom at night and in the morning, it smelled like burnt plastic while having a coffee on the balcony.

Well organised, good size, clean but a little worn in places. Very comfortable.

No where to park while you check in as carport requires room key. Balcony doesnt lock, not very safe for small children

We always stay here when we want a break and i love it the beds are comfortabke its big and great view!! Its like the best place to go! its heartbreaking leaving to be honest 😂😂

Theres nothing i dont like

We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was huge! Pool was quiet and warm. Walking distance to dinner which was great after a long day of driving.

If I had to be picky, the only thing was the carpets were a little old looking with marks but all in all, not a real problem.

This place was a marvellous find. For the extremely reasonable price we paid we got a large two bed, two bath apartment. Spotlessly clean, everything worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable and (most important to us) the wifi was excellent. We only saw staff on check-in and they were efficient and friendly. If only all Australian accommodation could be like this - wouldn't hesitate to stay here again at any time.
