Parking was good, staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and well organised, bed was really comfortable with plenty of extra bedding if needed, shower had good and consistent hot water, reverse cycle air-con worked perfectly, dinner from the restaurant was good quality and delivered to my room hot and exactly at the time I had asked for.

Nothing not to like, especially when you consider I had a room facing the very busy (24/7) Victoria Road. There is a lot of road noise but to the premises credit, the glazing on the window and door in my room was excellent, once you shut the door from the balcony there was very little to be heard.

youPlease read the good comments and suggestions I left there in a hurry as I did not have a writing paper with me. However it is all readable. Important...I heated a pie for 3 min the previous day and today prior to vacating. I noticed a crackling sound inside the top area today as if some electrical sparking. I immediately switched it off. The sound is still there. So I pulled the cord off the wall socket. Interestingly the sound was still there. I smelled outside close to the air vents suspecting a fire 🔥 from the inside. No burning smell. After 1.5 min the sound disappeared. There is no testing and tagging on that device. It is illegal. My suggestion is to throw it away. A simple low cost replacement will save millions for you. Please take this very seriously and email me what has been done to my complaint. Not many people are there who will spend valuable time writing for you.

Everything . The decor, the bed making, There were no odours of any sort despite the presence of electric stove. Frig, bath, toilet, cabinets .. all good. Receptionist great. Polite. Breakfast...wow! Not overwhelming. Just enough. Enough varieties. Rooms are very well lit 👌...natural light and artificial as well.

cleaning great location 10 minutes walk to train station and 12 minutes walk to ferry car parking was good

I usually bring one of my children with me when I stay. We live in Dundas. When we come it's just for a little holiday. I come whenever I have some spare money. We get takeaway and watch movies. We always have a great time and don't like to leave. The staff make us feel welcome. There is always.someone available to speak to of we need to extend our check out time or our stay if we're lucky enough.

There nothing that we didn't like.

Ease of access, comfortable restaurant, great parking, no squeaky floorboards, fellow residents were quiet.

No microwave in the room, mirror fogged up in the bathroom, exhaust fan too small

Clean comfortable beds great shower good size room We found this property because we saw a show in Sydney and it was too expensive to stay in the city and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property. The young man at reception was really helpful because we needed to find a restaurant in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights and had a great stay the Room was a great size with a reasonable price. balcony over looking the pool bed was comfortable and breakfast was a bonus didn't get the chance to try the restaurant for dinner but we will definitely stay again in the future.

Small bathroom and outside noise of traffic being room at the end but besides that nothing to be unhappy about

The room was decorated in an older eclectic style, not modern but was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Even though the hotel is on a main road we had a room where we didn't hear the traffic noise at all. The location was convenient and well situated for us for our stay. We would stay again at this hotel.

Mattress could be updated.

Parking was great, building maintenance & condition excellent, house-keeping outstanding, room was homely & comfortable, surprisingly very quiet considering close proximity to main road, staff helpful & considerate.

Covid has disrupted the usual supply of kitchen & cooking items, so without those extras it is now quite inconvenient, this also includes the closure of restaurants which I intended to use at the motel but it is not mentioned in the advertising during booking.

Very good value, very clean and really very comfortable. Would happily recomend to friends and family. Our only complaint (trivial as it is) was upon checking out (returning the key) after waiting at reception for 20 minutes we went searching for an employee, we did however find a cleaner within seconds,
