Very clean. There was a cold bottle of water in the fridge & glasses. Tea/coffee & plates/cutlery for if you bring in take away food. Tea towel included. Had hair dryer & ironing board. Easy operation of a/c & heater including tv with netflix, etc. free of charge. You don't have to log in to your account. Have free wi-fi. Centrally located. Undercover parking. Friendly check-in person.

Could hear conversation next door although muffled. Turning up the volume on tv would mean that people from the other side of the tv wall could possibly hear my loud tv. Plumbing was loud both in my room & next door whose voices i could hear. Need a ramp for the deep curb on driveway.

Reservation confirmation specified ground floor. Not true on arrival as it was necessary to climb a flight of stairs Kitchenette advertised, but if this was in the room, cutlery plates, microwave, small fridge were provided. I suppose there are different interpretations of Kitchenette. Inner courtyard view advertised were not in evidence. Rather tiny room, poor quality chairs the only seating option. Rather overpriced for what was offered.

Location good. Just a short walk to restaurants and across the road from a hotel. Free Netflix was great. Old fashioned air condition through the wall, but worked well and was quiet. Room was very large. Bathroom ok. Had some ants in the bathroom but quickly fixed with a spray supplied by the manager. Breakfast dishes and cutlery supplied so we could make our own. Bed comfortable and clean.

Stairs to the room are quiet steep - might be an issue for some older people but were ok for us (both 70). Bench space was tight but manageable. Bathroom serviceable but not much room to put toiletries other than one very small shelf.

It was close to town and shopping, nice large room, comfortable, had cutlery so we could eat in the room which most motels don’t have. in all a great stay, reception lady was lovely.

some one was using a blower at 5.30am which woke us up, very noisy, I don’t know if it was the motel or elsewhere, otherwise everything was good.

It was ideally placed for our weekend at Grafton for the horse races. Close to restaurants and pubs also. Loved the reception from the owner when we arrived, very welcoming. We arrived a little early, didn't matter just a phone call away.

The management was very friendly and happy to help with our families needs as we had 3 rooms for our stay

The rooms were on the first floor and no elevator. But then we had undercover car parking. Also no toaster.

A great accommodation option - I'm sorry I wasn't quick enough for next year's Cup

Great central location, friendly staff, nice clean room with a fantastic bed and shower. Free parking and a clean pool for the kids to relax in. Great motel to visit Grafton or as a stop off on the way to QLD (like us). We will be back. Thank you ☺️

The room was pefect for our needs. Walking distance to the our dinner venue. Good location away from the major shopping centre for a good nights sleep. Will stay here again.

Nothing really, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay.

Its simple cosy and close to everything so you really dont need a kitchenette. There is a Microwave in the room so everything i need. Plus the reular stuff Kettle, Coffee ect

Wasn't there long enough to find anything bad really.
