Great pools and very close to Eagle Beach. We booked a one bedroom suite with a kitchen and it was nice to be able to cook some meals at "home". The room is stocked with all of your basic needs. There's a giant grocery store within 5 min walking distance to the hotel where we got amazing pineapple chicken skewers and cooked on the hotel's grill. Uncle Tony's bar makes amazing cocktails, so if you like to drink, definitely give them a go! The staff was also very helpful! Alvrindra at the front desk was great with our checking in and also helped get us late checkout. She seemed the most knowledgeable of all of the staff members. Pablo, the bell captain, was also very nice and helped us store our luggage while we hung around until our flight. I never got our housekeepers name, but she did an amazing job cleaning our room every day. She was so kind and professional. We stayed in room 3516 from June 7th 11th, so I hope she gets some sort of recognition for her great work!

There's only one restaurant with limited breakfast options included. The food was tasty, but hardly any healthy options. It was just eggs, cheese, and bread, or you could get a fruit platter with bread. I like all of these things, but if you stay for several days, it gets old fast. There were other options like omlette or eggs benedict, but you had to pay for them as they were not part of the breakfast package. If I had known, I wouldn't have paid for breakfast included and just paid for the better options as we went. Hopefully, in the future, the "breakfast included" options have more variety! 🙏

The Resort was beautiful, people were nice, great amenities, and everything in good working order.

I'm sorry to say the location near a water treatment facility, the wind was not blowing very much during our stay, and the smell from the water treatment facility made it hard to be outside. We spent most of our time on the beaches, so it wasn't too bad of a problem. It could be shocking when leaving the room, especially in the evening.

Pools and facilities were great. Staff was very helpful. Parking was great. We loved the beach access and chairs. Hotel has access to a really really beautiful beach

The location isn’t really walking distance to restaurants and shops, so we had to drive or take cabs everywhere. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, just good to know. If we were staying for longer, cooking and having the kitchenette in the room would have been great; but for our purposes would have been easier to be in walking distance to stores.

The room bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen and dinning area was good. The three pools were good as well and cleaned daily.

Food was very limited. No turkey bacon or turkey sausage, everything was pork. Many of the items on the menu were not available which resulted in us going to the marketplace by Renaissance Hotel. Also, there should be a pool designated for children only or adults only.

The room/apartment was very spacious and the overall hotel amenities were fine - the pools, restaurants, etc. The casino actually belongs to La Cabana next door (no issues in entering though) and you also have to walk through that hotel to get to Eagle Beach - five minutes tops. Front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful when you had a question. As it was our honeymoon, we appreciated that they gave us a free breakfast voucher for one day.

Appreciate it was over the New Year period and that Aruba is an expensive island, but 400 USD per night for a 3-star hotel that doesn't even really tidy the room on a daily basis is extortionate.

This resort is a great family and for anyone who enjoy the weather, beach and want to experience what Aruba is about. We were welcomed and greeted as soon as we arrived. The front desk are quick and diligent. We were quickly checked in with ease. The staff are well knowledged and able to communicate with all guests. The social activities are organized and set up with much consideration to guests. The resort is well kept and clean! All staff at the resort are friendly, care about the work they do and treat their colleagues, guests and everyone they meet with respect and patience. I woke up one morning to see how the pool staff really took the time to diligently clean it while the grounds staff looked after the calming appearance of the property. I really like how up to date and modern the resort is. Wristbands are given to act as room key and for payment on purchases (hotel restaurants/store). I am not great with a card key like other establishments use. For those with a budget, it allows the vacationer (guests) to enjoy and experience everything. For those who are careful with spending, there are rooms that have a kitchenette to cook and make meals. What impressed me more is that if you wanted to bbq, you just have to reserve a time to use the grill. The staff was ready and helped start the BBQ up for the guests and would ensure it was cleaned too. For rooms, I was with a family of six adults. We stayed in a two bedroom and pull out couch plus a kitchenette. I would recommend not to use the pull out couch and inquire about another room if staying longer than 3 nights. The pull out couch is what it is ... a temporary bed. If it was a longer stay, I will remember to look into another bedroom which is available at this resort. The washrooms were clean and showers were powerful and water temperature was perfect. Amazing accommodating and clean!

Honestly, I do not have much to share right now. I enjoyed my visit.

The rooms are very modern and large, it is difficult to find something comparable on Eagle or Palm Beach. The big super marked nearby is a big plus for everyone who wants to make use of the kitchen. We can definitely recommend staying here.

The staff could be a bit more friendly and helpful. Our room was not able to be checked in 5 minutes prior the official time. The water of the pools is very cold and the on site restaurant overpriced. The hotel area could have more lawns and less stone grounds.

Room is very nice. We stayed in the Sunrise tower (the east building). Our room was on the second floor closer to Super Food. There is an outdoor spiral staircase on the ends of all the buildings which is very convenient so that you don’t always have to walk to the main staircase/elevators. When going to Super Foods or the beach, we would walk down the spiral staircase. Saved us some steps. Our room was a one bedroom king room. From the outside, you walk into the kitchen. The kitchen is actually a pretty nice kitchen. Full size refrigerator, two burner electric stovetop, toaster oven, microwave, blender, 4 of each of the following - dishes, cereal bowls, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, forks, spoons, knives. Large plastic serving spoons and a spatula. One serving bowl and one serving plate. A coffee pot and tea kettle. There is one pan, 3 pots. Cutting board, wine opener, grater, measuring cup, plastic pitcher, ice bucket, ice trays in the freezer, can opener. There actually wasn’t a can opener but I called the front desk and housekeeping brought up a new one right away. Enough to get by. There is a living room, balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, very large closet in the bedroom with a small safe, large utility closet in the kitchen with a broom and dust pan, nice large shower. There are Aruba aloe products in dispensers on the walls. In the kitchen there is dish soap, bathroom has hand soap by the sink and 2 different scents of bath gel in the shower. The products are amazing!! This is me just nitpicking but I wish the decor was brighter. It’s a bit drab. But it is very nice and new and clean which is way more important. You get pool/beach towels every day. You turn in your used towels and get fresh ones daily. There are activities in the resort as well. Kind of like a cruise ship. There is an ice machine and washer and dryer by the elevators. The walk to the beach is a short one.

The only negative about this resort is there is no ocean view. This is definitely not a deal breaker. Most balconies have a pool view which is really nice.

Surprised at good quality of kitchen equipment and three pools available at property including Adults only and Kids facilities also a Sports Bar at back of resort - didn't find this until day before leaving as it is not highlighted or advertised. Plenty of Maintenance, pool and waiting staff around. Breakfast option resonably priced. Access to sister hotel facilities as well - as it is the main thoroughfare to Beach.

Deep Housekeeping is only every 4 days. Not advised of this on checking in or fact that when clean bathroom towels were required had to ask Housekeeping staff. Not happy in sleeping on same bedsheet for four days and when changing sheet personally there was a huge "human stain" on undersheet where pillows were situated. Had to ask that room floor had to be wiped as well a few times during stay. which is not difficult to do or time consuming. Appreciate there were a lot of comings and goings with guests witnessed during stay but a quality hotel should always be on top of this issue as they charge plenty for room. Didn't appear to be any leadership in the Housekeeping front until last day on checking out Housekeeping were at the door within 5 minutes.
