Good location
They said that taxis would be excluded for foreign national. I presented my US passport. I was sustained with my sister, who is actually an Italian citizen, as well as Argentina citizen. CC Argentine they did not discount my taxes. They said that both travelers had to have proof of foreign nationality in order to have that discount. Hence I ended up paying 21% more in tax/ not happy about that.

The room is good with a beautiful view. The location is wonderful, close to the city center , restaurants, shops. Breakfast is very good. Food is very good and what I liked most was the covid measures adopted at the restaurant.
The building is hot and the hotel turned off the air conditioner lots of times. It happened during the night, during the day. It is not a cheap hotel and we expect to have all the comfort we deserve. We had to ask the reception to turn it on more than once

Horrible old bed with very thin mattress. Room in old wing is EXTREMELY noisy all night - right on the main street, and windows don't fully close.

Beware of fraud- Despite choosing pay at property rate, they charged my credit card for full amount without authorization, then lied repeatedly, claimed I chose wrong rate on website, even when I showed them receipt. Portly man at front desk incredibly rude. Both hotel and booking.com refuse to take responsibility.
