CasaSur Palermo Hotel

Hotel is very nice, clean and lovely design. Nothing too fancy, nothing too basic. Breakfast is ok, with options of buffet and a la carte ( with an additional price ). I don't think it's too much of a breakfast compared to other hotels of the same range, but it does an ok job to kick off the day. Products are good quality. I think the real win for Casa Sur is the location - that part of Palermo is beautiful, quiet, but with plenty of food and drinks options as well as very short walk away from Plaza Serrano and other hot spots.

There wasn't a thing I didn't like, except maybe all prices are catered almost exclusively for foreigners or very wealthy locals. On that note, I suggest to add more international sockets in the room and place at least two on both sides of the bed.

Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and conveniently attached to the hotel in a comfortable space. The front-desk staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient Palermo Hollywood location. We walked to dinner every night - walked to shopping areas, too.

No staff at the spa, but the services were great. Don;t expect a fully-staffed spa.

The restaurant didn’t have great ambience (we didn’t eat there) but loads of good restaurants in the neighborhood

the location is excellent. the room was modern and large. very quiet. easy to sleep. the restaurant (vegan) was very good. the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and aided us in our restaurant reservations and cash exchanges and tour bookings. overall I’m very happy.

The location is perfect, lot's of nice places to eat or drink, two steps.. I liked very much the people at the reception, extremely helpful!

The breakfast was o'right, but the breakfast room was very black, which is nice for evening, but in the morning because of the darkness and almost no llamps, was it a bit depressing. Also the music was very loud.... Many loud Americans in the hotel, but that can be incidental...

Great location and very nice hotel.

There was an issue with the new app to unlock the bedroom doors. We kept having a problem and were not allowed to have a card key issued so had to keep asking to be let into our room which was not ideal.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the main trendy bars, coffee and restaurants in town. Easy access to public transportation too. Safe neighborhood. Nice to walk around and enjoy Palermo.

Good location, restaurants around the corner and options to choose from. The room was comfortable and spacious... It was very clean and good service from the staff

No parking, if you have a car it is very hard to find a place in the street... it took me over an hour to find a place to leave my car. Not many options at the breakfast.

Rooms are far better than the suite which is located between floors, with very poor lights, just on the restaurant, with lot of noise.

Welcoming staff - great food and service -liked that the hotel is lacto vegetarian food. Great gluten free options.

Shower — no hand held shower which I prefer as don’t want to wash my hair with every shower!
