Location. Comfort. Walking distance to San Telmo market was a real treat.
No food available. No restaurant. Not even a coffee maker. Departing at 5:00 to catch a flight on an empty stomach in a country that prides on excellent food and catering was a real disappointment. Not even a to go breakfast was available.

Staff was very kind.
Doesn't have laundry service. The noise isolation is not very good, there were some very noisy Brazilian guests on the same floor and one could hear everything like if they were having the party in your room, at night. Also, the safety box was not available to use. It was locked from the begining. There's no iron for the clothes either.
