Dusit Princess Moonrise Beach Resort

Excellent location, with the best sunset views! The property was exception and all the staff who work there were nothing short of the best I’ve come across. They really made our stay very memorable. It felt like you were in a small boutique hotel and all the staff made it feel like you never want to leave. The food was really good too. The Thai restaurant was very authentic and the best part was sitting on a really good stretch of beach which was not a big drop unlike the other hotels along the same stretch, sipping cocktails during their happy hour and watching the sun go down. The massages are the best and advisable to prebook if you can as one will definitely not be enough! The location was really good too. Easy to get taxis to the night market.

Nothing at all

staff are very nice. Restaurant food is delicious. Pool is clean. Beach is in front of the hotel. Spa is beautiful and quality is good. Complimentary pick-up service.

The Hotel is directly at a beach with a very stunning pool that has a cocktail bar to serve people in the water. The rooms are really nice and every evening housekeeping treats you with a good night cookie. Breakfast is very nice offers a lot of variety in terms of food. The staff is friendly and the view out to the ocean stunning. We were especially happy with the comfortable beds the room had!

Unfortunatly the ocean is not all that clean directly in front of the hotel. The beach itself is very well kept but there are plastic bags etc. in the water (not the Hotel's fault of course). Prices for Cocktails could be a bit lower considering that they hardly put alcohol in them.

One staff at the Thai restaurant was horrendous and rude

Everything! Very nice hotel and rooms, clean and felt like a little sanctuary in your own room. Value for money, as all the amenities are great. Breakfast has a good variety, the pool looks over the beach and the gym is well equipped. The staff is also very lovely, thank-you to Pink for looking after us, she was a pleasure to liaise with. The hotel is also very close to a lot of food, bars and about 20 min walk to the famous night market. Good location. The taxi from/to airport is free and they also will organise whatever you ask and quite promptly. This hotel and the staff made Phu Quoc a nice place for us!!

There are snakes near the beach/pool area, it was no big deal for us we just didn’t know if they would attack and are deadly. Just be aware, that’s just nature, but being from Australia we think all snakes are poisonous and will attack haha

We stayed in November 2022 and it was the second time we returned to the Dusit Princess. Absolutely satisfied with the service and facilities. Perfect place to escape from the noise of a big city, slow down and recharge your batteries. On top of that the hotel staff is fantastic, very nice and helpful. It was very nice to meet the manager in person, he is really dedicated to keep the hotel up to very high standards. We definitely will come back!

Property was well maintained with proper staff and very customer focused. The breakfast had a large variety and everything was delicious in both restaurants. I have stayed at Dusit in Pattaya before and the culture was consistent in Phu Quoc.

I had trouble paying for my stay with CC, but the problem could have been on my side.

I like that the free airport service is available anytime of day. The infinity pool has a perfect view of the sunset. Excellent breakfast, with refreshing welcome drinks and nightly cookies. Location is near the airport and near night market. We had a wonderful stay.

The Dusit staff is absolutely fabulous and so kind! I enjoyed the infinity pool, beautiful beach, and plentiful breakfast buffet. It's also in an ideal location with access to both the north and south ends of the island (and the central city of Dương Đông). Highly recommend the spa, as well.

The resort was smaller than I anticipated. My only true complaint is that the bar/restaurant played loud dance music throughout the day. Without the music, I'd have no complaints!

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Staff are sweet and welcoming. Amazing breakfast. Great pool with a nice view of the ocean. Thoughtful room service. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was bothersome was all the trash in the ocean but that is not the hotels fault.
