Muine Bay Resort

Check-in easy and fast, with delicious welcoming drink. Room was excellent (ocean panorama). Toilet simply perfect, we loved the bathtub and the shower. Big terrace with amazing view. Bed super comfy and AC silent and perfectly working. Swimming pool area good despite it would have been even better if it has some roofing to protect consumers from the sun. Breakfast was great, vast choice and great service.

It would be great if they would provide bicycle or motorbike to rent because the resort is far from everything. The only way to go to the pharmacy, supermarket, cafés, shops is by taxi, which are possibly partially affiliated with the hotel itself. We do not smoke, and sometimes we were annoyed by smoking costumers in the restaurant area (people smoke while eating) and in the beach access (fag butts in the stairs). Some food were not that good (pizza is served with ketchup, and some dishes taste sweet when they are supposed to be savoury).

The breakfast was good and had a large variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is beautiful.

We would have liked it better if there was a hot tub. It is kinda far from things to do so more shuttle availability. Was not aware about the beach near by. The spa staff should allow for more modesty. We have had massages and spa treatments in many different countries and this one was a unique experience. The spa staff told us to undress as they stood and stared at us. Then they had us lay down with no cover. Then they didn’t use the cover to provide modesty. A little finesse in this area would go a long way. It was hard to feel relaxed as I was lying completely naked on the table. Also warm the oils or gels you are using.

Stayed here 10 days. The location is amazing, clean, green, and well organized. The staff is exceptional. Ms. Sao made our stay unforgettable, and she helped my old parents with smile and enthusiasm. @Management: Please treasure her. The kitchen cooks both authentic Vietnamese and delicious Western food (pastas, pizzas, burgers, fried food, etc)

Not much. You will be close to nature, so expect that there are geckos and mosquitoes. The staff sprays the rooms with lemon grass fragrance every evening to dispel the bugs.

This place was amazing - everywhere you looked was perfectly manicured and clean. The facilities were exceptional, the prices were extremely reasonable and the staff could not be more helpful. In particular, we really enjoyed the cocktail bar in the pool and found the service top notch. The resort is some way away from anything else, but you don't need to leave and it means that the beach is completely private and you are away from any hustle and bustle. We also went to the spa and had one of the best massages for one of the cheapest prices we found in Vietnam. The overall experience was very relaxing - we only wish we had stayed longer!

The room was fantastic, although on the last night the aircon kept tripping constantly. Massive bathroom and great views overlooking the ocean. Housekeeping was brilliant, even spraying anti mosquito spray around the beds in the evening. The pool bar and the lads who worked there were great and worked so hard. Great variety of food available both asian and western. Two huge pool areas, plenty of beds available constantly.

The beach! Not in their control I guess but lots of debris and mess. The staff do clean the beach but the rubbish was constant. Whislt on 5km out of Muine there isnt a great deal to do in the town as such. We booked the Sand dunes tour through the hotel and it turned out a little confusing. You pay only once for the jeep, not per person, but then you have to pay again to get decent access to the White Dunes. No real fault of the hotel, it probably just needs adding to the flyer so you fully understand. This was rectified by the reception staff on checkout. The reception staff were also excellent with all our queries throughout our stay

This is a very special hotel. Perfection. The meals both breakfast and evening served in delightful grounds by such lovely staff. Than and Thi looked after us so kindly. The grounds are extensive and immaculate, likewise the pools large and immaculate, the swim up bar a delight of well made cocktails. The beach clean and the life guard ever watchful, excellent fun for jumping in the waves. Massive property, nice and neat and well taken care even the hotel industrial being low season since pandemic. Hotel staff are very supportive and their service attitudes are great.

Morning beach water was pretty clean but not in the afternoon because of trash and plastic bags flowing from fishing villages, local residences nearby which I believe it was out of control of the resorts in this whole area of Muine.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The pools were always clean and beautiful. The outdoor area was stunning. And the massage gazebo being right by the ocean waves was lovely. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with many many options for everyone. The bartender at pool are so cool and fun.

Its extremely far away from all the good spots in mui ne. And, bike parking situation is not safe. The security men don’t really pay attention to the bikes. Especially at night. Bikes can be easily stolen if anyone tries because theres no gate around the hotel. People can walk from the street and take our bikes. Also, the hallways have strong echo and all sounds and noises are extra loud. So if you’re unlucky like us and people on your level are loud, it will be extra loud. The toilets by the pool are dirty. Especially the floor. The massage ladies are kinda lazy because my boyfriend got same massage next to me but i didnt get my feet touched at all, but he got foot massage. We has different massage experiences but my lady was kinda laZy i could tel

We loved our stay here! Lovely, helpful staff go above and beyond to help. Restaurant was really yum! We ate there most nights and it was always good. Buffet breakfast food was good too. LOVE the pools! Gorgeous setting, clean and peaceful.

On the weekend there are HEAPS of families with young kids, not the resorts fault but the buffet breakfast hall becomes like a circus and extremely loud, pool was loud too. Weekdays were much quieter. Beach has lots of rubbish as expected in VN. Also when I booked the room I requested the twin beds be made into a king, but never heard back. When we arrived was told I'd have to upgrade for a room with a king bed, more money - would have been nice to have been told when I booked, I could have made another choice to stay in budget. Overall though we enjoyed this resort!

We liked absolutely everything. It is an ideal place for a beach holiday with a beautiful garden, two nice swimming pools, plenty of sunbeds at the poolside and on the beach. The hotel beach was very clean. Very clean and comfortable rooms (our family room had two bedrooms and a small sitting room), very comfortable beds, good breakfast. 11 points out of ten from our family.

The waves were strong and we could not swim much. However, we could walk on the beach and the pools were fantastic.
