spacious room with beach across the road. good room service and staff.

the pool did not live up to expectations. sun beds and other seating not as shown on the internet. we felt we needed to use the beach where there were limited sun beds first come, first served and where open to the public if they paid.

Facilities up to 5 stars standard. Excellent breakfast and amazing room

The concierge's English was very basic. The private beach is not really private and someone not from the hotel's staff is asking money for the beach chairs

Hotel next to the beach At ground floor: a coffee shop next to reception bar on the left, KFC & Texas Chicken on the right in the compound, at the back there's a Lotte supermarket. Floor 2: Big Breakfast serve from 6am to 10am Floor 4: 2 swimming pools (0.8m deepth for children, 1.6m d for adult) & 1 jacuzzi, gym center(partnered with California Gym) In radius 1km lots of local foods, nice & good vibes bars, restaurants & foodcourts; 3 wheels e-cab will take u to everywhere in NT with cheap cost(10k for 1km & up to your bargain&tip)

Superb location,next to Nha Trang Center. Hotel staffs is very nice,great attitude toward hotel guests

Private beach access need improvement. Sun loungers & chairs is for hotel guests use but suddenly got a person tried to ask money for it

There's no options for muslim customers. You need to be ready for vegan breakfasts.

The California gym was free for people who were staying at the hotel which was very good. The staff members had good service and reacted fast to our requests. The hotel rooms were decent and had everything. TV had famous movies to watch. they had canopies out in the beach for hotel Guests.

Some breakfast menus were written in Vietnamese so we could not understand what the food was and they did not refill the items after it was finished. The pool was very cold and dirty from the bottom. The elevators were slow and we had to wait more than 10 minutes sometimes to get to where we wanted to.

The hotel was very well located, bright and beautiful. The pictures did reflect the reality. The breakfast was a true delight! The staff was very friendly and professional.

The hotel advertisement promoted the swimming pool and the gym. However, upon our arrival, we discovered that the pool and the gym belonged to the California fitness chain, so these facilities were shared with the public too. That’s why we didn’t feel so private anymore. There were 3 lifts but only 2 worked, sometimes even just 1 and they were shared with the public who went to the gym.

the bed was comfy. it was clean. loved the balcony and view of the beach! very close to the beach with an area for hotel guests to have sun loungers for free. the buffet breakfast was pretty good! the staff were pleasant and they were quick to help us organise a motorbike rental.

the shower drained too slowly so it would flood the bathroom so I think the drains need a clean every once in a while! the elevators were a little slow the furniture is a little outdated

Too few elevators, you have to share the elevator with a public gym so it may take 15min to get an elevator sometimes.
