Personal touch and care at this villa is everything. The staff, especially Kim, constantly go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. When you first see the breakfast area you may be concerned HOWEVER everyday they cook you the most delicious breakfast, with all options, and ensure you don’t leave for the day with an empty stomach! They will bring you coffee at any time of the day. We got massages in our villa the night before we flew home which was Devine. They clean your pool every single day. Kim was such a beautiful and kind host. I highly recommend this villa.

It’s not really walking distance to anything, you will need to get transport into the main town/markets however it’s 10 mins and a couple of dollars on the Grab app. It’s honestly not an issue, only pointing out if people want to stay in the hustle and bustle

Property situated in a calm place, several km from city center, so you could avoid crowded streets and lots of people around. Villa was comfortable, clean, you can enjoy and spend time in the pool. The view from bathroom was really good, because the window is straight to the pool. The staff was really frendly and helpfull, even we arrived too early they host us, and offered breakfast for free for a welcome. Really nice place i would recommend to stay for a couple of days

I have to mention the best part about the stay was Thao, the host there . She was so helpful, friendly and homely. The room was just beautiful and so clean and such an earthen vibe. The breakfast was also amazing. She helped us with bikes, car booking and basket boat at a very reasonable price. It was one of the best stays we had in Vietnam. Thank you Thao . Three cheers for you !!!

The vila is beautiful, it has all the required facilities. The service was great, the team offered massage, renewed the bottles of water and cleaned the swiming pool and the rooms everyday. They did everything so that we feel comfortable. The swimming pool was magnifisent special for the humid and hot whether of Hoi An.

We loved eveything

My stay here was perfect, especially the view and the people who work here. The staff is so kind and excellent. They are always enthusiastic to give you a hand. Also, I booked here only for 3 nights, and what I didn't expect was that I got a free dinner which made my stay even more special and memorable! Definitely, I will go back here once again. Ten out of ten.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm View Villas and would love to stay again. Staff were wonderful, ensuring our stay was as relaxing and worry free as possible. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this accommodation. 👌

The pool is very nice and pretty big and the value is great.

The water in the bathtub has issues with temperature and it changes by itself, we risked burning ourselves because it went from lukewarm to boiling in an instant. The bathroom was also constantly wet because the shower kept leaking water. Due to covid most of the places around are now closed so getting food can be pretty hard, you are limited to ordering via Grab

I like the hospitality of the staff and the facilities are exceptional, the pool is beautiful and clean. They also offer a bike for the day and i love it. Driving around + going to Hoi An is within 10min.

Very nice place to stay just outside the city center of Hoi An. By bike 20 min to the old town. Very welcoming staff.

Breakfast area could need some more atmosphere.
