We arrived with a night bus at 4am and it wasn't a problem. There is lot of good restaurants and cafes around. Great value for money.
The staff doesn't speak english, but both check in and check out went smoothly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice area outside of the cbd with great cafes and restaurants just around the corner. The bus into the city was very cheap and frequent.
It could have been a little cleaner but it wasn't unpleasant.

I liked the location a lot and the security the door system offered. The staff in the morning was quite friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness level of the room was not ideal - the floor was quite dirty, as my feet would get dark brown/stained when walking bare feet, the amenities in the bathroom were used and opened and not refilled, and the phone next to the bed had a thick layer of dust on it. The staff in the evening did not explain much and also didn't show the room, which left much room to improve.

room is dirty. we found used clothes and underwear from previous customer. there’s a cockroach and several dead bugs laying on the floors and table. also found used toothpick on the table also. bed is uncomfortable
