Best Western Pinedale Inn

The staff was very polite and informative. The location of the hotel was easy to find and in perfect proximity for what we came to do. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was considered to extend our stay just for more relaxation.

We found a couple things that weren't cleaned in the bathroom and a dirty towel was left behind. Since there was a school event going on, the majority of the parking lot was filled with school buses. There didn't seem to be many options for bus parking or parking if you're towing a trailer. Otherwise, the parking is perfect for general passenger vehicles.

Room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Easily accommodated three adults and two young children. Guest laundry was right next to the pool so the kids could swim while we did the laundry. Nice breakfast as well. Close to dining and stores.

There's no elevator, so if you have difficulty carrying luggage upstairs, ask for a first-floor room.

The king bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The size of the room was very nice for the two of us. We didn't use the pool it jacuzzi but it looked nice. The breakfast was very good with hot scrambled eggs and bacon. A good value.

The bathroom (toilet and bathtub) was very small. I don't like the sink in the bedroom area. If you stay here, you should request a room on the backside so you have some protection from the highway; the noise wasn't terrible but I would prefer a room on the back side.

This is a great property to stay at in Pinedale. Staff was exceptional, from check into departure. I liked that they had a small laundry facility available to guests. You can walk into town or go to the little diner across street for meals. There also is Car wash across street and Buckys Outdoor is just around the corner if you need motorcycle repairs. They changed tires for our entire group. Pinedale is an awesome Place.

Overall a good experience. The rooms appeared to have been recently updated and were quite nice and clean. The room also smelled great - a nice fresh smell. I've walked into rooms before where it smells stale so it was nice to have such a fresh smell. The breakfast looked great, but we were a little too late and so we stuck with the basics they had available (hard boiled eggs and bagels). The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. We didn't use the pool so no comments there.

Have breakfast go till 10am for those of us who like to sleep in a little ;)

Breakfast was great - considering COVID - coffee was tasty Kiddos loved the pool Super Clean - good parking Room was perfect for all of us - kitchen type table was great to work on.

The shower curtain was short and occasionally the kids would bump it and it would flip outside the tub resulting in a pool of water on the bathroom floor. But that is it... easy fix!

Breakfast was always very good. Staff was always friendly, helpful and professional. One of the check in assistants spent a lot of time helping us print our boarding passes for our return flights.

The only thing that was somewhat bothersome was not getting the electronic keys to work consistently. We had to have our recoded several times. No other issues.

The facilities were modern. Breakfast fare was the best hotel provided breakfast of my entire trip.

The cost of the hotel stay was the highest of my trip. I would say it was a bit on the excessive side.

toilet seat was little small. A bigger toilet and seat be better especially given the size of the room - 2 queen beds. Give some more room to the bathroom to enable a full size toilet

it’s one of the cleanest and well kept properties I’ve ever stayed at!

Exterior door stayed unlocked all the time.
