Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet location at edge of busy shopping area. Applebee's across the road. Free breakfast includes the usual: cereal, pastries, coffee, tea, juice but also waffle and o.elet making stations. Property maintained well. Courteous and helpful staff. We'd stay here again.

Nothing, it was a pleasant stay. We could hear people walking above us. Ask for the top floor room. All the negative reviews worried us, but we found out this hotel has been under new ownership since July 2023. He is doing a great job resolving all the old issues.

Easily accessible Motel from Route 53. Lot of places to eat within walking distance. Ample parking for truck & boat, clean, well lit grounds, immediate and welcoming greeting from Front Desk and staff. Spotlessly clean and beautiful Suite. Very quiet room. Minimal Continental breakfast (but this stay, 10/8/2021, was during COVID-19. Very fair price for a room on a Friday night. Would definitely stay here again.

Continental Breakfast was minimal and juice dispenser was out of order. Definitely a very small complaint to an outstanding visit.

The kitchenette was nice! Bed and pillows were comfortable! Staff was friendly.

Perhaps understaffed? Front desk employee was assisting another customer, I waited 10 minutes to be able to check in. The TV was difficult to watch from the bed, a wall mount with an arm to angle the TV towards the bed, would be better!

Cozy little room. Close to restaurants, gas stations. Clean, nice shower. lots of television stations. I really liked the closet.

A small refrigerator and microwave would have been nice in the room. Ice machine on every floor, new luggage carts that are easier to maneuver.

room was cozy, and the breakfast omelet maker was cool to make your own. staff was friendly and always smiling.

The entrance could have been located a little better. Kind of confusing to figure out that you have to go through Kwik Trips parking lot to get to the entrance to the Motel.

Inconsiderate BOZO above us in Rm 305 was super loud from 11:00 PM until 1:00 AM. They were stomping their feet, slamming and banging things around. If we hadn't been so sick, we would have called down to desk. Talked to Jennifer at next morning about it.

I’ve always thought Microtel rooms were cramped. That’s my only complaint.
