Quality Inn

I am a traveling nurse and working 12 hour night shifts. The manager was very accommodating for me due to my schedule. The facility was very clean, breakfast was good and the pool and hot tub were excellent! My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious! I would definitely stay here again!

I loved that the pool was warm!! As an expectant mother with a small child and a long drive behind us, I was so pleased that I could actually enjoy the pool with my little one and actually relax in there.

The t.v wasn't working- I'm sure it was an easy fix but I didn't feel like calling down that late to bother someone. There was also fountain sodas left from previous guests and a plastic fork in microwave.

The location was perfect for our visit with Family. The breakfast was nice. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was large and clean.

The noise in the hallway was a bit much our first evening and we could hear extra well because of the large gap between the bottom of the door and floor. The smoking area at the side of the building had cigarette butts all over the ground that needed to be picked up.

The bed was nice. The hot tub was really appreciated after a long day. The front desk attendantswere very helpful. The rooms appeared clean. Linens were fresh and clean. Good selection of TV channels on TV

The inside and outside looked dated. It could use some revitalization. There is no elevator. Carrying heavy bags upstairs is not fun. The desk attendants were difficult to understand.

The room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Outlet cover wasn't attached to the wall. No elevator. The waffle mix and marker weren't ready a few hours into breakfast, but the staff did jump in to fix the problem when it was brought to their attention (had to wait about 30 minutes).

Much improved since the last time I stayed there. Comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator in room. Clean room and received daily services.

Breakfast could be improved with more variety -instant oatmeal. Individually wrapped items would be a better option, ie milk, muffins, etc especially during Covid.

With covid and other things in mind, there are some limitations. (breakfast). We just love the area and there is easy access to many cities as this is in a central location. We are already return customers. But since the last time there have been numerous updates to the facility, specifically the lobby, hallways, pool area. And arriving on a halfway busy Saturday, theses areas were spotless. Very impressed. Checked in with a smiling clerk I interrupted while spot mopping the new floors. Great Job management and Staff!

You can ALWAYS find things to complain about if you want to. But for the value and amenities (pool/hot tub) clean, updated facility I really only want to comment on the room. Clean and fresh with great pillows, just the mattress was too firm for me. The room floors are LVT so just bring socks or slippers. Otherwise, moderately updated and roomy. Big bath!

The motel was clean. From the check in lobby area through the hallway and inside the room I was impressed enough to think….”I’d stay here again.” The young lady checking us in was very professional and pleasant. This motel should be rated higher!

Had a pleasant stay. Can’t think of anything unpleasant.

Our 1st day after returning to our room we found no clean bath towels in one room, a dirty towel on the floor and the beds poorly made up, however after complaining they stepped up and on the second day prepped the rooms properly.

Very roomy clean and comfortable. Looks like a nice pool we didn’t get a chance to use it. I had a breakfast included but we didn’t have time to take a vantage of that
