Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Appleton International Airport

Breakfast was typical for many of the other establishments. Prefer more options. We were there for several days and wanted top eat in one night however the menu selections at the restaurant were not what we had hoped for. It had very limited options and found it to be over priced. My husband has a basic food palette and would have liked to have been able to order a grilled chicken dinner but it was not available on the menu.

When we first arrived I had requested a 3-4Pm check-in and when we entered the room discovered it had not been cleaned. The front desk attendant was very apologetic, noted on the chart it had been marked as cleaned. She gave us a different room then escorted us to make certain that room was clean.

We stayed for nearly a week. The place had a remote getaway ‘feel’ to it, having lots of wooded area nearby. But all the needed stores and shopping were easily within a short drive. The facilities were very nice and extremely comfortable and clean. However, the best part of the stay was the customer support! Staff provided SUPPORT, as well as service. This exemplary support was felt from the first minute we walked through checkout. After we had checked out, I had to call back, and they continued to provide this great support. They handled every aspect of our stay with courtesy, professionalism and empathy. Thanks guys so much!

One of my search criteria when looking for a room is the convenience of included breakfast on site. But, from Monday through Thursday, the hotel breakfasts were very sparse, and we ended up having to eat out for breakfasts. UNTIL……. …..when the weekend started, the breakfasts were WAY better. It would have been nice to have had the “weekend” breakfasts all week. But even with the “so-so” breakfasts, the great customer support still earns them a “10” for me!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed. We had all of the necessary comforts. We enjoyed the attached Chophouse restaraunt, a unique option for a hotel restaurant, as it certainly had some very high quality offerings, just be ready with your wallet.

That there was noone at the desk to greet you, you had to pick up a phone to call someone, not very welcoming. We also couldn't split the bill onto two credit cards, rather inconvenient.

The room was very comfortable. Location good. On site restaurant is deluxe.

The breakfast was not satisfactory. Unfortunatly the set-up worker was a no show Sunday morning (8/21/22). Available staff could barely prepare the coffee. I would have given the highest rating otherwise. Check in was weird. Had to pick up the phone at the counter to get help and this was during normal check in time.

EXCEPTIONAL! From check in to check out and everything in between! Phenomenal, friendly, courteous staff, beautiful, CLEAN facilities, incredible breakfast! Everything about this stay was PERFECT! This is quite honestly one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in at all price points and star ratings. Absolutely exceeded our expectations! Mike was so friendly and accommodating as well. Thank you!

Nothing. There are no cons.

We really liked the accommodation, everything clean, organized and modern furniture. The gym was well equipped. All very friendly and kind and responded to requests promptly. A calm and comfortable place. We stayed for a month and it was a pleasant and peaceful stay. I thank everyone for the attention received. I'm celiac, I can't opine about breakfast. About the location it was easy to access the highway.

Perhaps because of the location the internet was not very stable. But always helpful to help

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff followed the facilities' rules and ensured we felt we were really very accommodated. We will visit again!

The pool was closed as well as the restaurant during our stay.

I was 3 minutes past my check-out time, which I know I shouldn't have. Just running a little bit behind... but I got a phone call asking if I was checking out?. Then like 30 seconds later knocking at my door. I told them I was on my out.. just felt a little bit hurried. But overall I really liked this hotel.

We were not able to participate in the breakfast offered but I did look to see what was available. Plenty of space to sit, eat and relax, and the space was very clean. Coffee (Starbucks brand coffee available in a self-serve carafe) and chocolate cookies were available around the clock. Items were available for purchase in their small 'store' -toothbrush, razor, beverages...

Pool was not available but we didn't have time to enjoy it anyway.

the breakfast was not , great. they were out of a lot of things. and then closed the doors on us, while we’re still eating at 8:50…because it closed at 9:00. most places Ive been, it’s 10:00am..
