Hyatt Place Milwaukee West

Property was clean, location was close to Mayfair mall area, staff were polite/attentive, breakfast was great, AC worked in room, room was clean, pool was clean and working properly, elevator working properly.

The pool was warm and clean, very nice on a cold winter day.The breakfast was delicious. It is nice to have a variety, especially the hot items. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool ran out of towels on Saturday night. However the front desk had some for the guests. I requested towels and bedding at 2:00 or 3:00 pm as we extended our stay. I believe housekeeping was gone for the day. I'm sure the front desk could have given me the items. I didn't push the issue. I'll take the hit on this one.

Staff was very friendly and prompt. Breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh with lots of options. Locations wasn't the greatest was hard to get into the hotel parking lot but it's beautiful and best of all the staff were all really great no matter what we needed they seemed happy to help. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Location was good. Inside was nice lobby area was nice. Bar was open until 11pm. The room was very nice, and bed was super comfortable. Good night stay.

When booking online there was no mention of a deposit needed. Making a deposit was not a problem, just thought it should have included that in the information provided online.

I love the room. Our room has a nice living room area. It was nice having that space to sit and talk and watch tv, instead of sitting or laying on the bed

I didn’t like that we asked for our room to be cleaned and it had not been. We were out of towels and tissue. I didn’t like the paper bag breakfast. We had no idea of what was in the bag or the tools to prepare what was in the bag. I didn’t like the rooms didn’t have a microwave especially since they were no longer serving hot buffet style breakfast. Every time I need to eat I had to leave my room and go all the way down stairs to warm it up. I think there should have been a microwave in the room or at least on each floor. Not the best experience.

The property has great staff, their breakfast was good with a ton of options.

My first room had a/c issues

Breakfast was better than expected with a good variety of items to choose from. Our room was clean and disinfected.

Bathtub/shower area needed a better shower liner. The liner installed allowed water to easily get on the floor, creating a fall hazard when exiting the shower.

My room was clean, the staff where really nice.

There was nothing in your room to warm your food up. The hotel do not serve food all night, so it's good to have them in your room. A mac

My granddaughters enjoyed the pool. It was a very nice temperature, and not overwhelming with chemicals in the pool. It was still very clean. Breakfast was very well done! And the staff were very friendly for breakfast time as well as meeting them in the hallway.

Room was fantastic. Nice and clean. Breakfast was good and staff quickly attended to anything that ran out due to the crowd. Front desk was friendly!

The toilet in our room had a hard time flushing.
