OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE by Dan. Friendly, courteous, and kind, along with going out of his way to be of service. He even helped me with getting the Bonvoy signup completed and made sure I got the points right away. The epitome of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Breakfast was good since all I had were the eggs with chees, sausage/bacon, yogurt and a chocolate milk. All the rest looked great but I'm trying to watch my calorie intake while traveling.

No omelets for breakfast. Just kidding, this place about as perfect as it gets at an affordable price so long as one gets the military discount, all the other discounts aren't worth having.

The room was very fresh and being it was our sixth motel room in two weeks, it was so appreciated. The breakfast was easily the best breakfast in any of the places we've stayed over the last two weeks The lady who is staffing it on 8/18 was so pleasant and responsible.

No big deal but I got a thank you notification the morning I was GOING TO stay there, which made me a bit nervous. It was not the easiest place to get in and out of to Madison but that's not your issue

I didn’t eat brkfst as I am a Faster, The room for what my purpose in staying was good, staff was ok the Morning Gentleman that I interacted with at check out was Great.

Coffee and in room coffee maker needs updating for the price of the room one could at least have decent coffee. Even your brkfast coffee was less than great. Whirlpool area is awful dirty looking if that is what is called clean then you need help. The water was hot enough but your tub needs updating.

The breakfast was fantastic. Much more than I expected. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I rarely comment on the bed because they are typically not great. Theirs was quite nice.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. This hotel checked all the boxes for us. It was a pleasant stay. No smoking on the premises could be enforced if I’m to be picky.

Room was nice. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choices and even had enough options for our gluten free eater.

Really, the only downside, was a small amount of hwy noise but that is to be expected when you stay by the interstate.

The rooms were quiet, clean & comfortable. A nice, hot breakfast with good choices and hours offered were convenient. Location was good, easy on/off the freeway made proximity to downtown and dining easy. Thanks for a nice getaway.

Could have used a warmer comforter as temperatures dropped and would have been nice to have a warmer blanket available.

Quality facility at a quality price, very convenient for what we were looking for.

Room was a little small for our liking, however, being just my wife and I, it was sufficient, would have been tight for anyone with children.

the location was perfect. We liked the big bathroom that was all in one and a little quieter than most other layouts. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

We got back to our room and parking was a challenge due to large trucks taking up several spots.

The breakfast was a great start to the day. I loved the scrambled eggs cuz they were not wet! Erma was attending to the kitchen who gave us a warm greeting which was nice. Loved the fact that only 10 people were allowed in the pool (covid)...made it a more intimate experience for my family of 8.

There was not anything that really stood out to me that I can say that I didn't like to be honest. Maybe bigger TV's for the lobby.

The breakfast was outstanding; lots to choose from and everything was delicious!! Everything was clean, the room was exceptional, loved the view from our room, it was very quiet there, the price was very reasonable and I would recommend this hotel to everyone!! Loved the fitness room!!
