Radisson Hotel La Crosse

Great view of the Mississippi River and an easy walk to downtown La Crosse shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and parking was easy.

In room refrigerator was labeled "not for food" which was a disappointment. We had to use our own cooler for the small amount of perishables we had with us on our trip. I was disappointed to have a $25 per day upfront charge for "incidentals" and a day and a half after checkout not seeing it credited back to my account. The original charge showed up immediately ... the credit no so fast.

Breakfast was very good, and you got your money's worth but a free breakfast like most other hotels would be particularly good. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

I would have liked to have a free breakfast like you get at most other hotels, the restaurant and bar were closed for two of the four days, after breakfast, while there. Overall, my stay was very good.

Breakfast was good but a bit pricey? The room was quiet, cool and the black out draperies were perfect. Your front desk staff was friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations.

Give guests a $5 coupon towards breakfast. Eliminate that $50 charge for early check in. Ridiculous. If rooms are ready….get me checked in.

Couldn't ask for a better location for scenery, walking distance to what we wanted. The bed was very comfortable. Yummy breakfast.

One of the reasons I chose your hotel was the onsite bar/restaurant. I was disappointed that it was closed due to staffing issues. It would have made our visit perfect.

We had a room with a river view. We watched the sunset from our room. The park is right across the street so we could walk over. So many restaurants right in the area. We did have breakfast in the hotel. The food was great and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly. We will stay there again.

Location and comfortable

everything seem to be good except there was no bath soap provided when we came in. When I asked for a bath soap they only gave me a small facial bar soap. I ask the older gentleman if they have anything bigger than that for bathing. But he said no. The following day I asked another person for a bigger bar soap and he made sure that I get a bigger size bar soap for bathing

Almost everything was perfect! Clean and comfortable. Parking was close and easy.

The soda machines were missing from several of the floors and the convenience "store" near the front desk did not have traditional sodas. When I found a soda machine, the most popular selections were sold out in a couple of machines. This is minor in the grand scheme of things, but is the only thing preventing a perfect score from me

AC in room didn’t work properly. contacted ftt Ru ont desk very professional tech replaced thermostat but still didn’t work properly was warm in room with hot conditions

My daughter goes to school in LaCrosse and we find this hotel to be conveniently located within walking distance of the places we like to frequent when we are in town. The rooms are clean and comfortable and check-in/out is seamless. The beds and pillows are comfortable which is very important to me. We loved being in the end room on the top floor with a city view. Parking is convenient and never have to hunt for a space.

I wish more patrons had paid attention to the mandatory masking policy for the elevator. We are still exercising COVID protocols.

Hotel location is right on the river and adjacent to the convention center. Large parking lot. Only a short walk to the downtown.

Lobby area and restaurant are cold. Go easier on the AC, please.
