Suburban Studios Morgantown

It is situated away from the main road with a steep hillside on 2 sides and no buildings directly beside it so outside noise is minimal. Building is well maintained. Close to everything a traveler needs - fast food, grocery store/pharmacy, convenience stores. It was a good value compared to other hotels in Morgantown that night.

Very minor: The street to get to it seems more like the parking lot for another business in front of it. I thought I went the wrong way. But then again I think that keeps away people with no business at the hotel.

I liked the kitchen at in the cooktop and the fact that it was really clean and a spacious bathroom

I did not like that some of the residents that stay there on a more permanent basis. Would congregate. Outside? It. Meet us uncomfortable... Also the room smelled too strongly like air freshener... And our window didn't open up white enough

We love the location of this hotel, and it was the third time we have stayed here to drop off or pick up our son from WVU. It's nice that it is in a quiet area, and everything has been clean and has gone as expected with each of our stays.

I wish there was a pool at the hotel, but it's worth the sacrifice of the pool for the cleanliness of the property.

super clean and staff was extremely nice.

the fact that I drove 5 1/2 hours and when I arrived at 3:10 PM I was told my room wasn’t clean due to being short staffed. i completely understand that but not being able to check into my room until 7:30 (4 hours later) was ridiculous. I visit West Virginia twice a month and this was going to be my go to place, however having to wait 4 hours for my room changed that. I was exhausted and just wanted to rest.

Great location and great value for the money. Front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. I loved that I did not have to pay for parking during my stay!

The entrance to the hotel was a little hard to find when you are arriving at night and not familiar with the area. The room was great, but had a slightly musty smell to it. Perhaps the staff can air out the room before guests arrive.

The location was good,the rooms were decent and the staff was very nice and helpful. The facilities were quite decent for the price.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better. Some milk and coffee creamer in the lobby won;t hurt either.

I was simply looking for a safe, clean, comfortable place to spend a night prior to touring WVU with my son. It was perfect.

Our adjacent neighbor was very loud talking on the phone until about 11 and it showed how thin the walls are, but she did finally hang up and we didn't hear anything else.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The reception staff was friendly.

It was noisy at night. Could hear the people above us walking around all night. The towels were paper thin and lousy at drying anything.

There was a desk and chair to work at. There was also a kitchen, with full size fridge and microwave. Also had a dishwasher.

It was hard to find your way into the parking lot the first time. The way in was not obvious from the street and GPS was no help.

It was nice to have a kitchen and liked the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable.

The person who checked us in was not very friendly. Housekeeping staff was helpful. There were stains and dirt on two of the three bath towels. Pretty disgusting.
