Hampton Inn Inwood

Location lobby and halls were very clean. The rooms also were very clean. Everything appeared to be new or well maintained. Nothing was in a state of disrepair. A/C system was quiet and the temperature was controlable by a wall mounted thermostat. Breakfast was very good and CLEAN. The young lady at the front desk in the P.M was outstanding. Parking lot and inside area's were well lit. You pay a bit more here but you get your monies worth. I will stop here again on future trips to NY.

Breakfast was very good. Room accommodations were perfect and clean. Staff were very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort.

Vehicle noise across the street in the vacant parking lot was very annoying and disturbing. In addition, potential guests who showed up at about 3:15 am, were very loud and obnoxious. The person at the front desk appeared to be threatened and it seemed to be an unsafe situation. She shouldn't have been alone in the facility and should have called the police. (My husband went to the lobby to determine what the noise was all about.) We felt badly for the receptionist and for her safety.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were even better. The room was clean and comfy all around.

The windows had a set of sheer curtains with just some side panel curtains that didn't close to cover the window. There is a large billboard sign outside with lights on it, so it was a little difficult to sleep until those lights went off late at night.

Hospitality from the staff was outstanding. They were polite, kind and the extra towels I requested were already in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Large selection of food and drinks. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nothing to complain about. All good.

The breakfast did not have any non pork options. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights and there was ONLY pork (bacon.. omelets with ham in them... and pork sausage links)Everyday.

Everything! Spotless everywhere even smelled clean. Hot breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Room was great, bed was super comfortable. We've been in our share of hotels and this one was the absolute best to where we came back. Give these employees a bonus or a pay raise especially the ones who clean

I have stayed here now two times for stepping out to places and bars near there. Enjoyed the whole stay. Staff was wonderful, and the cleanliness was up to par.

There was nothing I did not like.

Overall everything was excellent I’m very detail oriented .. which is I would say unimportant like outlets carpets ( a little don’t want to say dirty maybe need a carpet upgrade ... for me)lol as I said unimportant however my eyes catch everything mom and sister rated the hotel 100

We stayed at this Hampton Inn on a layover as we made our way back to NY from FL. As soon as you enter the hotel it is apparent that Hampton Inns are a cut above for properties that fall in this price range. We enjoyed the breakfast which had some limitations due to COVID but otherwise was very good considering. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep.
