The beds are confortable , room Clean. Feel safe. I don't remember if it had a freezer. I carry food bec I cent eat soy, which I can go anaphylaxis or angioedema. To safely get to Dr's I carry food and medicine. I need to keep frozen packs in thermal bag with them.

The first room had too much scent and they quickly found us a new one. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of amenities, and the front desk was responsive.

Some areas had too much cleaning smell or other scents for people who are very sensitive. I would add one thing to the breakfast bar - hard boiled eggs. They do have Jimmy Dean’s breakfast sandwiches to microwave.

Everything was perfect, except the jets in the jacuzzi tub wouldn’t work. The room was a great value with the jacuzzi tub! It was VERY clean! The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and comforters were perfectly clean!!! The bed pillows were fantastic!! Like you were sleeping on a cloud!! The staff was very courteous!

Breakfast exceeded expectations. The check in was awkward because of the rude guy working the front desk. The price was reasonable and the location is great.

The check in process was awkward. The guy at the front desk barely spoke and just kind of handed me the key to the room. I'm not sure what that was about but it was certainly awkward.

Looks like they did some remodeling since we last stayed here. Place looked very clean. Breakfast was as expected from reading other reviews. Fruits, cereals, some breads, bagels were out, but choices of Jimmy Dean egg sandwichs you had to ask for.

Workmanship of the remodeling could have been better. They left the blue chrome protection on the sink stopper when they installed it. tile person didn't clean up adhesive around the baseboard.

After a harrowing drive due to holiday travelers this hotel was a welcomed break for the night. The front desk staff were wonderful. The king size bed was perfect and we slept like babies!

Actually didn't have a complaint at all. If I had to be picky, the light bulb in the bathroom fan was out.

The room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was great, and I had it all to myself! The breakfast was OK, although a toaster oven would work better to heat up the egg and sausage sandwich on a croissant. The microwave provided left the croissant limp, but at least there was a breakfast provided, with yogurt, cereal, and other selections. The location was excellent for us because there was a Costco across the street. The staff was very polite and helpful.

My only suggestion is to provide a toaster oven to heat up the egg and sausage sandwich.

Sally, at the front desk is excellent. Friendly, efficient and seems very dedicated to providing excellent service. She is an asset and wonderful example of a dedicated team member. You are lucky to have her at your hotel.

nothing really just not clear instructions for the jacuzzi tub in our room… really wanted to use it but couldn’t get the jets to come on

Great facility. I have been here before and each time has exceeded my expectations. Fern at the front desk is a pleasure to work with and always says "good morning." I know she has a smile on her face even though I can't see because of her mask. Room comfortable and clean.

One day they didn't clean my room. No big deal as I traveled alone and there is always extra towels and things in the room.
