Breakfast was decent and really liked the location. Staff were conscientious, especially manager Kimberly. Charity, whoo was very helpful in getting a left behind item returned to us.

The breakfast experience would be improved gif they offered separate bacon or sausage to go with the scrambled eggs. Sausage was only available in a pre-made breakfast sandwich

Breakfast had many options, enough for the short stay. I did not mind having to eat in my room. Both me and my kids found something to eat. The night we checked in the man at the front gave us extra sheets for the pullout as I was unaware there were some in the room. Great view of trees out my window! Also, the windows have a light blocking shade which was nice.

There was a stain on our carpet, but we just covered it with a towel during our stay. I assume it had been there for a while. Parking was a little cramped.

Breakfast is included, but adapted due to Covid. So it's not fancy, but I appreciate that they still offer it at all, because so many places just stopped, instead of adjusting. The hotel is newer, which is nice. Every space we went into - from the rooms - to the lobby - to the pool - to the patio - was very clean. They seem to be operating with a reduced staff, which is understandable. The staff on duty were all courteous, professional, and timely. The location was convenient for our purposes, and convenient to major highways. The price was outstanding for the amenities and service. This hotel was the best part of my trip. If I ever have to stay in Stafford again, I would stay here.

The location is difficult to see from the main road, parking is a little tight, and the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger, but I have to really nit-pick to find complaints.

No cookie when I checked in, breakfast was not good, the rooms and the hotel, in general were not up to Hilton standards, it was hard to find and see from the road and the parking lot is small and not user friendly.

I absolutely love, love love your hotels. I travel a lot for business and with the grandkids. I appreciate the fact that you have a place for me to make meals. The breakfast is Bomb even during this pandemic you guys manage to make breakfast in a box special. The staff at the Franklin SC hotel went above and beyond what they had to when we came there to bury a family member they treated us like family. We came down during height of the pandemic Although, my family and I had all been tested for Covid-19 We couldn’t booked anyplace for 12 family members to have a meal together . They allowed us to use the lounge room with closed doors and a tv just for our family to grieve together. You housekeeping staff treated us like family. Everything was cleaned and disinfected., we were allowed to just be together in private in that space as long as we wore mask. My family and I will never forget how well we were treated.

Pool wasn’t open. I travel and I am not finding your hotels in every city/state

Great place

I booked a room through booking.com, I got there before check inn and they said to come back but verified me in the system. I returned to check in and almost lost my room because they were booking rooms they had been booked already. They were able to figure it out but 45 mins later in lobby I wasn't thrilled about that.

The room was clean and nice. Parking was safe. Bed was comfortable. Gym was open until late.

The only thing was that breakfast was not good. Main options : milk with cereal or packaged cold bagel. And the toaster was not working. Maybe I was expecting something very good. Overall it was not a big thing. I am still rating the stay 10/10.

I loved the rooms, very spacious and clean, microwave and refrigerator was provided. All amenities were available, a breakfast was provided in the morning with options for everyone and the staff was very friendly.

There was very little to no parking available. The parking lot was jammed packed and the parking spaces were kind of tight. You literally had to slide out of the door to keep from hitting the car door next to you.

Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and calm, even though everyone checking in at same time. May need more staff behind registration counter when event occuring near local Marine Base. Appreciated large room with frigerator and dishes.

Being double charged for the room and it taking almost a week to get my money refunded back bc it kept being sent to the wrong account
