Extended Stay America Suites - Richmond - West End - I-64

The kitchen had just enough space and was welcome. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and safe! Check in was quick and efficient.

Was surprised that we would have to purchase an additional package in order to get pots and pans to cook with. There was only one nightstand in our room. It was a non-smoking room, but it had a faint smell of smoke when we first entered.

Clean friendly staff

I had never been to a motel with 3 separate buildings and figured out what building where my room took a little while. I was just new to this and tired is the main reason I didn't figure it out immediately and not as much the motel's fault

The young lady at the desk was super helpful and very nice.

The room seemed dated. I spilled a glass of water on my bed and the front desk staff made me walk with him to get some new sheets and it was cold and not close to my room.

Nice size room, nice large bathroom, kitchenette was convenient.the property was well kept as far as landscaping and grounds. Property was conveniently located to restaurants and Intersstate.

Roaches in bathroom, front door had daylight showing under it, insects or mice could easily crawl into the room, need aTV channel guide, no cups for drinking in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay in extended stay America, rooms was clean and bed was comfy and staff was really kind and cooperative, and in this price i get free parking, free wifi, free breakfast, free kitchen utencils really loved it

I like the ammenties and comfort they are giving in the price thats amazin, first of staff was nice and kind during check in and then room looks standard nice comfy and clean love it and then alot of other ammenties, i like it

I loved everything about the ESAS in Richmond. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was given my room right away. Their customer service was excellent. The room was big, clean, and it did not smell. I loved that it came with a kitchenette. The bed was comfortable. I loved everything. I will be returning for my business trips again. It's close to everything.

There was alot of pounding and slamming doors around midnight

I had an issue with my first room and the staff upgraded my room free of charge. It was perfect. Much larger, AC working, bed was comfortable. I love staying at ESA. When I have to travel for work, it's my home away from home. Staff is very friendly and it's near everything.

My first room did not have a working AC and my tub was dirty. In my new room, the shower curtain wouldn't close.

I loved the set up of the room. It was simple but had all of the comforts of home. The bed was clean and cozy. The location was close to everything I could possible need while out of town. I appreciated the staff being so genuine and going up and above to call me when the second my room was ready.

Nada...I was 100% happy.

lets start from first i go there with my friends and front desk was good and the one thing we need the room which is clean and comfy and all the basic amenties are there so i loved it
