Sleep Inn Richmond North

We only stayed a night to break up a long drive. We paid very little for the room and did not really expect much. But the room was really nice. Super clean with huge comfy bed. Was a really nice surprise how modern clean and well maintained the facilities were. Nice free breakfast thrown in and we left having a really great sleep which was definitely needed

The location is nothing special, but its meant to be a roadside stop and there are plenty of restaurants nearby

We had a king size bed. It was the most comfortable bed we have sleep in , in the last 2 years of staying in hotels and we have stayed in many. 10plus for the comfort ✨️

There was a bad musty smell once you got off the elevator going to your room. It was in the room also just not as bad. The worst thing was the carpet in the room was so dirty. It had a sticky feeling and our feet were black. Its a shame bc the bed was amazing!!!

I like that they give you breakfast and it’s nice, staff is friendly. It’s quiet I did smell a little weed made me sick. The bed is very comfortable. Tv have good channels to watch movies on

I didn’t like the pretty throw blanket had a nasty bugger on it. The shower had hair in it, the desk had sticky stuff on it. The room had a wet smell when I first got there. I turned the air on and spray the room it went away. Called down and got new sheets and comforter sprayed it down, wiped everything down with my lysol wipes. Cleaned the shower. Had dinner and relaxed for work. It was a good night. I stay here often for my relaxing time and i never had a problem so I still give it a 4 1/2 star

The location was in a great area close to shopping centers and right near the highway. My bed was soft and it was quiet. The hotel is renovated which looks nice so far.

I really don't have any complaints but it was a picture on the wall that was bothering me though since I have ocd. It just needed to be moved two inches to the left 🤦🏾‍♀️. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay lol.

I liked how clean this hotel was. My second stay here this year. It is convenient (walking distance) to groceries, restaurants,convenience stores and shopping. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

I had to go to the desk for clean towels, soap, coffee everyday. The staff was nice and gave me what I needed. One person in the hall with a cart, told me to get supplies from the desk because she didn't have enough on her cart. This was on day 3 of 6.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. The shower was incredible. The water was just right & enough room to make it comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Although everything was clean, the room was beginning to get run down. The black out curtain had holes in it. The outlet on the desk didn’t work for the coffee pot. I could see through the sheet that the mattress pad was worn. The lampshade was cracked. There was a cigarette burn/hole in the bottom sheet. The door bolt didn’t work (although they quickly fixed it when I brought it to their attention).

The staff was very friendly. The location is great. The bed was comfortable! Fredas, the Latino restaurant, and Bella Luna, Italian, are within walking distance not to mention tons of grocery stores, fast food and 7-11!

Over the 4 days I was there, I never saw a ‘housekeeping’ cart in the hallway at any time of day. Don’t expect much from the breakfast. A couple granola bars, some cereal. They did have prepackaged breakfast burritos but they weren’t even refrigerated.

In my opinion, this is the best value in the Richmond area; clean, comfortable, well equipped, decent breakfast. Group of friends placed in connecting rooms on short notice.

Would have liked more hot choices for breakfast. Good cold selection but only waffle maker for hot breakfast

Great staff, quick check in, comfortable bed, clean room, breakfast exceptional, all appliances in room worked, no smells to complain about, a/c worked well. Enough towels and pillows for 2. Clean water and ice available 24/7.

No complaints here!
