Comfort Suites Manassas

The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, anything you would want. The hotel looked pretty full from the looks of the parking lot so we timed it well and didn't have a crowd to deal with.

the tile in the bathtub had a large crack that didn't look very clean. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I dropped our keys in the box so I didn't mention it to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay my room was awesome very comfortable love the size of the television the other cleanliness I was only one thing I didn't like I didn't like the pets but other than that it was a very nice room I enjoyed it very much would come again and also I would recommend it to my family

The only thing I didn't like is that I did not know that pets were allowed but other than that it was a great stay the mama dad man

The breakfast was close to excellent, with a variety of offerings, including hot and grab and go items.The location was great; pretty central. I really appreciated how room service did not call excessively early, but rather stopped by at a reasonable time, to see if anything was needed. The fitness center was perfect; just what was needed.

Good views of the water, was cleaner than most hotels for the price you pay. Room was very spacious and tv was large and up to date. Phones are old, but worked, and shower had lots of hot water, but the toilet was very loud. Sheets where clean and fresh. Overall was a great stay for the price. And the breakfast wasn't bad. They offered more than most hotels do for breakfast. Eggs where bland and rubbery tasting, but still had lots of other options.

It was a nice breakfast. You had your eggs, waffles, sausage. You could have cereal or fruit if you wanted. You have several choices of juice if you desired. Never have any issues with breakfast here.

The only issue I had was the fact I was going to get some cranberry juice and it must have been out because it was mostly water. But it wasn't that big of a deal. I told the employee so they knew so it could be fixed.

We enjoyed the breakfast very much. I enjoyed the quiet of the room. The bed was very comfortable. I'm a crafter so the little loveseat in the room was just the perfect size to craft.

The ice maker on floor 4 didn't work. I have a bit of a mobility problem so the water from the pool in the elevator was a bit daunting. I know there isn't much that can be done about it, but it could potentially cause someone to get hurt.

Room was huge and clean. Nice facilities and although there was a christmas party going on, they were quiet and respectful. You have a nice hotel and we appreciate it.

The front desk lady was nice, but could maybe be a little more happy about her job. She was just very short when answering questions and general conversation, but never in a mean way. I hate to say it this way, but maybe have a little more personality. She seemed to have no problem in her conversations and personality with your security guard, I just wish she could emphasize that towards her guests.

Location was great and staff were very accommodating.

Temperature of the swimming pool. Cold. Very cold.

I have stayed at this Comfort Suites for YEARS because it is near my children and grandchildren. I come from Ocean City Maryland frequently. I return here because it is familiar and convenient. The ONLY Comfort Suites personnel that is the same for the years that I have been coming, is the VERY NICE AND EFFICIENT Hispanic lady who prepares the breakfast set-up each morning. The housekeeping ladies who clean are my favorites AND I always tip them whenever I ask them for towels or toilet paper or anything!!!

Nothing that you could have changed or done anything about.

This place is absolutely all about comfort, clean, quiet, guest satisfaction seems to be the goal and they crush it. We had to stay as a result of a family emergency and next to home this was the most comfortable hotel we had to stay in, thank you!
